I've been using the Godox SL60W for 2 years. In this video, I talk about my experience in using the Godox SL-60W, I'll show off Godox SL60W setup, Godox SL60W video tests, Godox SL60W unboxing, Godox SL60W color temperature, and other topics.
As you know, the Godox SL60W is a LED video light and it can be used for videography, product photography, and some other limited use cases. Hi I really like the way you explained. Simple and informative. Can you help me clear my doubt? I am looking for a photography with respect to clicking pictures of my grocery & gourmet products. I was planning to buy the Set of 3 Soft Box which has 50w LED bulb light. But then I came across this Godex SL60w concept where can use a diffuser cloth and control light a better way. I am looking forward to shoot product videos as well. Should I invest in Godex SL60W ? Need your expertised guidance on this. Thanks

Hey buddy.. Think of it like this.. The more light you have, the better you can control it. I'm talking in terms of quantity and output. If your budget is low, invest in 50w bulbs and learn to modify them for your needs. Godox will make your life easier, photos will still depend on you.

Depends on needs. If you stick with Godox.. There are several options. Godox SL150W and above Godox SL series 2 lights VL series FV series UL Series All have higher output options available

Baisakhi, lighting for photography depends on the product, the look, and many other things. It's hard to generalize that into a single video. Maybe give me a more specific scenario

It can, but depending on how you set your exposure. For example, I shoot usually with my SL-60 at around 30% brightness at 800-1000 ISO, and I have a quite a dark setup. So your mileage will vary.

I haven't tested the light out myself... But based on videos I've seen... The build quality isn't great.. But ok. Also I think it has the elinchrome mount, and modifiers are expensive for that mount. I can't comment on light quality.
