Godox S60 Focusing LED + Accessories | Review - a fabulous light for creative filmmaking!

Фильм және анимация

00:00 Unboxing and intro
00:41 First impressions / Build Quality
02:20 The light beam / focusing
03:23 The output
04:18 How quiet is that fan?
05:24 A little creative example of what these lights can do
06:01 The accessories - important, watch this!
12:20 The optional remote control
13:33 Would I recommend the s60 focusing LED?
Godox sent me out two of these lights in return for a review and second video about lighting. This is the review. I already own the VL150 lights and these seem to be a step up in build quality. They're very affordable and when combined with the accessories, they provide fantastic results and I'd highly recommend them for both corporate videographers and creative filmmakers.

Great channel, Hugh. I really appreciate the professional perspective on things, without the goofiness that's so prevalent on youtube. Subscribed.

Hi Hugh, great video. What kind of lights setup do you use for making this video, it´s awesome!

Great video. Just a quick correction - Scrims are also useful because they retain the specular quality of the light - those little light specs on shiny objects

Not to mention half scrims and graduated scrims are an incredibly helpful exposure tool.

Hi! About your problem with the remote: you need to have two lights on the same channel, but in different groups, that way they should keep individual settings. Hope this helps.

If a company sends you a product to try out and asks you to do a review based on how you would use it, you don't owe it to the world to carry out laborious tests on the products. I'm sure if you look hard enough, you'll find more in-dept scientific tests on these lights.
