Exporting for Android has fewer requirements than compiling Godot for it. The following steps detail what is needed to setup the SDK and the engine.

    Thanks a lot for making this video. The other tutorials that were recommended to my by the youtube algorith failed to explain that I need to have my phone in developer mode, which was causing me trouble, as well as that they were older and didn't have the options to fill in the adb and jarsinger fields.
