@@Ace-08 You have to make normal attacks to stack star jades upto 3. It is advised that you charge atk after getting 3 star jades for max damage. At C6, After Elemental Burst she gets 7 star jades. Damage will be even more higher then.

@@Ace-08 You would have saved me some time if you had put that clearly 😂 It's an absolute nuke if you consider her energy cost is 40. Even at Lvl6 talent and with Max stack, Jade screen, Her Ult does around 1500%. Elemental skill at Lvl6 is like 450+%. Hope I answered your question this time 😂.

I remember on my day 1 of genshin exploring and doing quests to reach high ar, and then I unlocked gacha I was so confused to what this banner thing is, since I didn't knew anything but I continued messing there, back then I got 20 interwined fates somehow and 10 acquiant fates so I did few pulls got Noelle and 3 ningguang, then I figured this is where we get characters, my first impression of her was as if she's a queen of some Chinese empire, her design was so perfect and beautiful, she was so elegant I remember adventuring with my traveller and using ningguang for only fights and admiring her walk.. and fast forward to 3 months I'm ar55 and I never removed her from my team ever, she is triple crowned with c6 and Skyward atlas.. even after all the anniversary drama and boring end game I still log in to admire my lady's beauty and tossing enemy with her..

Ningguang's charge attack animation is slightly faster when she uses left hand for the last normal attack. So you can minimax a bit by following up with charge attack after her left-hand normal attacks. But that's like, super niche optimization.

I love this guide. No gamer guy screaming at the top of his lungs when he produces good damage, just somebody who talks with good bgm.

I really loved the fact that you show the players who are still growing what low weapons they should use and what low arts that might help them deal more dmg in low ar, thank you, earned a sub

If you abuse her E's reset from C2, your E may outdamage your Q over time. It also has a huge AoE making it very easy to hit multiple enemies without any crowd control. I would put her E at higher upgrade priority than her normal attacks unless she's staying out for huge amounts of time doing normal and charge attacks. Ning is my highest DPS by far. My only complaint is there seems to be so many anti-geo challenges and abyss fights. Hopefully that changes in 2.3 with Geo coming back to the fore.

@@astra8372 actually it's fine if you did it a little earlier than 6 seconds because if your screen breaks it resets immediately so by the time you cast your burst or if enemy destroys it ,6 seconds would have already pass and you can use skill again. :)

Wherever my queen Ningguang is mentioned, I’m summoned. She’s the best 4 star for me, my true companion since I first played genshin, my first triple crowned character, first c6 character and recently got her bis weapon, MOD. Her e is powerful, 40k per e and it can be summoned twice at once, so you’ll get 80k with 2 clicks. Recently, I noticed her auto tracking is getting better, meaning her charged and burst don’t spread in all direction even in longer distance. Elegant, cunning, strong, she’s full packaged, god I love her so much

as a ningguang main i loved that, and just a suggestion, for low AR players the mappa mare can work too, the crystallization effect will trigger the 10% elemental bonus for her, and stacks 2x so at R1 its 20%, it ain't much but its honest damage

Just wanted to say out of all the other Genshin content creators, I enjoy your videos the most. So chill, thorough, and informative.

I will forever call her as the saviour of crappy phone Genshin. As her and Zhong saved my entire game playing on a crappy phone but now at AR57 got 36 in abyss and everything. She is by far the best DPS 4 star (aside from a certain "4 star" Xiangling) and a decent Sub DPS as well. I will forever simp and hail Queen Ningguang.

@@froeloe i mean i used exactly the same team as you did, and i think that was the best combination for main dps ning. i still like her but i would lie if i say ning can even beat 5* single target dps like hu tao or yoimiya so she kinda benched in my account (i can't find the reason i would use ning anymore unless i really want to play her, as i change my team all the time regarding which character i want to play at the time, because the reason i still use ning even tho i got xiao, eula, ayaka etc before was because how easy to kill enemy with her on exploration without minding energy recharge but since i experimenting on yoimiya team, ningguang kinda lost its purpose on my account)

thats exactly what im doing... i think i never did one geo artifact domain.... so i wanted to test her out because i already have good geo cup.. then i put my ganyu artifacts on her just for shits and gigles... and damn... 20k per charged (with geo resonance and her jade screen buf).... with benet her charge atacks go up to 32k... i think shes now my best single target dps... and shes 80 and talents i think is 8-7-11, and oh yes... shes c6

I never really thought of using Ningguang. Now she's fixed on my second main cuz she's now c5. Back at the Ayaka banner on a desprate pull for atleast a c0 Chongyun, she came 4x, she came back at the weapons and standard. Though now i'm saving for Albedo, i actually kinda want her c6

In my experience as a geo main, I can tell you that 2 geo and 2 cryo are iqual (if not better) than 2 geo + 2 Pyro. For the record, their +15% crit rate is very noticeable.

Came here to say this. Love running Ning with Albedo, Diona and either Rosaria or Ganyu as a support. Especially since I have Albedo and not Zhongli, the Diona shields help a lot and her healing being able to max a character out is preferable for maintaining Albedo's Harbinger uptime. Since 2 Geo 2 Cryo performs similarly to 2 Geo 2 Pyro, I much prefer the comp that lets me run Bennett on the other team

Cryo in itself is also a useful element. You need cryo to stop fatui hammer boyes, freeze hydro abyss mages, cuck pyro whopperflowers and all but their own element. And what better neutral element to fill in other than geo?

This is the best Genshin build guide I’ve ever watched. It has by far more and better information than any other guide I’ve found and also it gives a lot of options on different ways to build.

I like running Shogun with her, nice extra damage from the electro procs, more Burst damage and good battery for bursting on cooldown.

When I pulled her week one of launch, I screamed because I thought she was a five star. TO this day, I am still happy with her, because she is. More or less. O.O

I just recently found your videos thanks to the glorious KZread algorithm and I honestly have to say. You're video breaking down the build for Ningguang is the best most understandable break down of a build I have seen. Can't wait to see the rest of your content. Just to improve my game and just going by your video. I can safely say that I am at least on the right track for my Ningguang main. :D

Ningguang was my second characters I pulled after Bennett and she has been my main dps ever since. Even pulled Zhongli just so he can be a support for her 😋

Even as a day 1 ning main, I learned some useful tips from this :) I'd always heard advice to use CA after getting 2 star jades instead of 3, but it never made sense to me until you explained it here For team comps, if you want her to have fairly consistent shields (and don't need the most meta damage lol), I especially like pairing her with an off-field turret type of support like fischl or raiden, so that I can generate shields without having to swap to another character and apply the element first.

It is recommended to do 2 NA then 1 CA because you only gain starjades after NA registers a hit, so it is possible to shoot out a CA while the first NA is still travelling in the air. If you happen to do that then she loses the effect of her passive talent, the one that allows you to CA for no stamina cost.

When I first started playing, I used ninggaung because of her ability to hit the enemy from a distance and the protection of the jade screen not knowing how powerful she would turned out to be and now seeing other players using her and how OP their ningguang is. I made the best choice from the start with high crit rate and crit damage

Just found out ur video and i could say that this is most comprehensive guide for ning so far! It cover up all things u need to know about her kit. Since i accidentally made her c6 (cause childe refuse to come home) i guess i'll start to build her! Thanks for ur guide!

Great review. It took me so long to get Xingqiu and Ningguong. Having to pick between them during the event was tough but I ended up going with Xingqiu and then got her later from the shop. Using her to apply Xingiu/Beidou into Venti's ult is so much fun.

I have her at C6 and with a memory of dust, she's insanely great 👌

Nigguang is my favorite female character design wise. Havent built her yet but i'm looking forward to build her after i finish building my two core teams. I just love the effects on her skill and burst.

i actually got her the second week of playing last month and been using her as my main dps so far, managed to snag zhongli this banner so i would say im pretty well off, so now im running ning as my main dps, zhongli as my shielder, fischl for elemental reactions since iv got her to max constellations this banner and i managed to get qiqi as well so shes my healer/reactor for my fischl. may not be the best team comp but for playing for less then a month i would say im pretty well off

I have seen good guides and then yours come, which are the best and very well explained, both in terms of operation and knowledge of the character.

She's one of the reason why i started playing genshin! if you're new or looking for another main dps for abyss, definitely build her she wont disappoint you!

They both look great on her but I agree solar pearl looks the best. However Amber is pretty good too has decent base atk despite being an hp% healers weapon but is pretty cool having a ningguang that not only does dps but can also heal and give energy plus her geo buff, best of both worlds.

She has my favorite design so when I decided to build her was when memory of dust was on a banner. I was so upset about missing the only one that could match her fit so I searched for other golden catalysts and (mind you I’m f2p so this was a tough decision) bought the battle pass for solar Pearl. Was happy with the crit and got over memory of dust fast. The best part was the ascended form, actually matches perfectly with her I couldn’t started crying rn. If the weapon doesn’t match their design I don’t want it. But solar Pearl was like made for her. Idk I just like soooo sexy feels good every time I look at her

As someone who uses Ningguang often, I need to actually farm better artifacts for her especially since I just got the Memory of Dust for her. Which means I need more crit dmg now since I used the Widsith before but I just don't like the rng factor and that EM is basically useless. So on to Lisa it goes. Let's hope I get 3 more copies of her one day to make her a monster

Ningguang has been with me since launch day as my main dps and as one of my most wanted characters... and although i don't use her as much anymore, she will always be the comfort pick for me. Now a year later, I got her C6 on tortilla banner and got my other most wanted character since launch, Keqing. To top it off, i would now have guarantee for Hu tao, who i also don't have yet... Fingers crossed i'll get enough primos for her. I can skip Itto and his abs without remorse now thanks to geo queen and save for Yae. No regrets with building her at all.

The navia set is good on her bc they both scale with Atk and they do a lot of Cristalized reactions

I love venti + albedo. If you proc 15k on 3 enemies that's 45k damage with a single E proc

The only reaction I found Ningguang could do is electro-charged. Using C6 Fischl + XQ, on each impact on her AA will to electro damage when Oz is on field (electro dmg based on Fischl's damage). Adding XQ Q, Ningguang will be able to do electro-damage. The bonus is that there will be always electro shield to pick up, so it's great survivability. It's quite a fun comp ! Adding Albedo into it will increase the reactions' damage thanks to his Q.

That's a decent summary! Just one thing, about the weapon section. Earlier, you were saying that Ningguang's lower base attack might be detrimental in some cases, but having underleveled weapons - practically robbing yourself of even more base attack - is counter-intuitive. It would be much better, and honestly very important, even more important than artifacts, to see your weapon of choice all the way to 90. For you, as a content creator with a platform, it would be nice to point out those small, yet very important to character growth, details. Others will follow suit, and everyone will be happier in the end :)

Much appreciated video! My C6 Ning and my C0 Mona have been sharing an R3 Widsith with Mona using Wine and Song as a backup if I have to use both. I picked up a Solar Pearl because it sounded good and now I’m glad I did

My favorite thing about Ningguang is that unlike a lot of 4* DPS, she is only power crept by Xiao. She has a very unique role as a reaction-neutral aoe DPS. My other dps is Razor and I ended up benching him because he couldn't beat the high phys res at the end of the abyss lately but Ningguang has really stood the test of time.

I'm a Ningguang main, I live her playstyle so much! It's just so satisfying watching a large monster stun-locked to death and fall at her feet due to her "rocking its world" (stagger counter shredded by all those geo stones she slaps out).

I’m slowly building Ningguang to be a dps for my second team. Using solar pearl on her feels super rewarding bc it’s hard to get good crit stats from artifacts alone.

As a Ningguang player, I also recommend ONLY at C6 to first use a charged attack if you have any crystal shard as the 7 shards obtained by using the Burst will replace the ones you had, losing a free-stamina charged attack. Also, doing it this way you make more DPS

mained ningguang as soon as i got her. basically made a team for her and used chongyun as a placeholder main dps (i was stupid but i liked chongyun and we are here to have fun) i got her once from the 1st childe rerun banner and then once from trhe shop. it stayed that way for long then i got her once on ayaka's and the difference was HUGE! then i spared my primo's and got her 3 times on 2nd childe rerun. i love her so much and she is one of my strongest/most build characters XD. love your video and you did a good job describing her. it was even still usefull for me!

Hi! New ar 27 player here! I just pulled ningguang and want to main her. Fischl is my current main and fischl works well with ningguang! Does anyone have any recommendations on how to get ar up fastest as I want to be able to get better artifacts!

navia's artifact set is good on ningguang. It is her best in slot artifact

As a Ningguang main I can assure everyone that she does NOT need a battery. A neat trick you can pull off is: Use your jade screen on enemies, as the geo particles are flying towards you, quickly go through the screen and use your burst. If you have her C2 you can then use her screen again and that should be your burst ready to fire once it comes off cooldown. My ning has 116.2% energy recharge, if you were wondering.

🌸❤️It is certainly a personal nitpick, but I do not run any of my characters with mix artifacts sets, and when it comes to Ningguang, I currently utilize her with a full set of Emblem Of Severed Fate. I would say as far as who I play my Ningguang with: - Ningguang - Ganyu - Yoimiya (she replaced Bennet on account I am sick of him) - Zhongli - Ningguang - Ganyu - Aloy - Zhongli - Ningguang - Ganyu - Albedo - Zhongli ❤️🌸

@@BeastOrGod stop…the set is especially made for kokomi sure qiqi can use it but kokomi benefits the most as she is the only one who gets more dmg with healing bonus

Wait their is a new healer set for Kokomi? darn gonna be hard to give up Millelith set. I have that 20% buff up all the time because of her jelly.
