It is not taking it the wrong way. It is called shutting the fuck up while the comedian is performing. If they didn't ask for crowd participation then be quiet and enjoy the performance. No one paid to hear some fuck in the audience talk lol.

The problem with society nowadays is that people do not appreciate talent and genius COMEDY with people of great talent because it is too complex for them. People nowadays want simple fast and easy to comprehend comedy like short phrases. Like movies that have everything summed up to the same shit as everything else and without any depths.

His "Discovery channel African" pantomime was great. And he's right. If my only knowledge of African people was based solely on what I saw on TV, it would be exactly that. Half-naked black people gleefully dancing all the time, jogging around with spears, from sun up to sun down. At night, I'd imagine them dead asleep, eyes closed, but with big stupid lovable grin on their face. The rest of this is awesome, I just wanted to point that out particularly, myself.

Godfrey is one of the funniest comedians, forget haters. I heard him 2x on a radio show the past 2 weeks TSN 690 at the just for laughs festival, on or off stage, using material or not.
