Its admirable that you were able to be impacted so strongly by this series as a child. Animated series are more than just a thing for young children tho. It’s a conventional American stereotype that “cartoons are for kids”, but let’s dismantle that in the name of Jesus Christ. Animation is a God-given gift that deserves more credit in mature spaces, especially amongst God’s people. You never know who this animated series may be a strong catalyst for. May God bless you 🙏🏽

I am 51 years old, and the simple story of Jesus transforming lives for those willing to change still touches my life! Praise God ! 👏🏿

It's probably because I'm already emotional (having a faith struggle) but when Jesus was whipped I really felt like crying. Being Autistic, I was never able to properly empathise with Jesus just from descriptions of what it would be like. But seeing it, even just animated, I felt such sadness.
