Totally true what you say! I concur I think he misspoke and made it sound like thats a first step, when thats a willingness after your saved to want to do whats right not a prerequisite. Thats sad cause that makes him a legalist. We christians have to be very careful its going to become more and more concerning false doctrine. I have noticed a spirit of accusers of the brethren entering our paths, be more aware like the bible says. Its a sign of the end times.

God has already done His part of perfecting holiness and the fear of God in us. In fact He has done most of it... All we need to do is cooperate with Him and choose to do it His way. He has availed grace, the blood of Jesus, His Holy Spirit to guide us, and the throne of grace where we can obtain mercy (Heb 4:16). What more should He offer?

Rebuke and resist the spirit of Laziness ask for the will of God and the energy and passion to accomplish it !

Paul Gross I disagree completely. In her video "Too 10 False Gospel Messages" Renee Roland says that once we are saved we can "literally do anything we want without the threat of hell dangling over us." This is often called easy-believism, or fire insurance against hell. She says that those who don't believe like she does (those who strive to live holy and obediently before the Lord) are not depending on the cross alone. She says we don't understand "our freedom", and we "go crazy" when someone tries to enlighten us. (Her exact words). So very inaccurate! As believers we struggle daily, every moment at times, with our flesh. There's also the world and the devil who hate us, so we are in a very real battle every day. At least we should be! Believers must rely on constant prayer, abiding in God's Word, and walking by complete faith and trust in the beautiful and empowering Holy Spirit of God! A heart that doesn't want to please the Lord in obedience is likely a heart that has no relationship with Christ at all. I will continue to follow teachers like Derek Prince who offer the WHOLE counsel of God, and teach nothing without scriptural verification. "Teachers" like Renee are scripturally immature and superficial, if not out right inaccurate, leading many people astray as they go. I completely disagree with you, Paul! I thought I was a Christian... I believed so I was right? So sad...when I finally came to the end of it all, i cried out to God, am I being deceived? 3 days later i heard the true Gospel and had a powerful encounter with Jesus. Derrick Prince has been a true gift to the body of Christ.

What an incredibly anointed gem of a preacher/teacher he was...and is now....even posthumously. Matthew 7:22-23 KJV "Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? [23] And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." Prince has a false gospe. He adds conditions to salvation like the pharisees. The only condition is putting your faith on what Christ did on the cross, that he died for your sins, was buried and rose on the third day according to scriptures (1 cor 15.) Anything added to that is believing in vain.

What a Blessing and enlightenment this man is to hear the word of God from. Powerful.. His teachings, I'm so glad they're still here for us to hear and have with us today. Another one that clarifies things for our walk is Rick Renner. Learning the original Greek meanings of the Word is priceless. So much more... Getting their books is so handy to have... These teachings brings our Spirit in to alignment with our Soul. This way we can live a closer walk with Jesus and our God.🙌🏻

I was born from above, God is my Father by birth, yes I have to be holy because He is holy but it is not a condition I have meet to become a son of God. Jesus gave his life to reconcile us to God. That's on of the biggest problems in the church, every one shouts amen on a Sunday but very few study the Word for themselves.

Good being good is great. to do that but i want to be humble and remember that Jesus is my saviour not myself not my works.

​@@kildarecoot1785 yh add to our faith in our fellowship not our salvation hence why it says faith not our salvation but also compare this verse to romans , so what are u going to say about romans 4 as if we go by ur interpretation we would be disobeying the Gospel and romans 4 . unless u read james 2 and see in romans 4 it shows to God He sees our Faith as enough for salvation, but men in james 2 need faith and works as men cant see what God sees. compare the language and words there is a difference a clear one.

I know Derik is gone now, I will not have the opportunity to speak with him or raise an objection to his teaching, but I still must. I see a number of difficulties with the message. The first being that God is love. Love is unconditional and that works when we read the scripture telling us that while we were yet sinners God sent His only son to die in our place because of His great love. The seconded was the effectiveness of that sacrifice? When Christ died it wasn't for some of my sins it was for all of them. Then we have the problem of sin in the first place. If I was able to correct that area of my life why would I need grace? If I can overcome sin why didn't Paul manage it? If you are saying we must, have you? Would you say, and naturally you can’t answer but, would you have said yes I have overcome sin in my life? If so the scripture has this to say; if you say you do not sin you lie and the truth is not in you.....so just how much sin are we expected to overcome? I get it anyone who loves God will find sin offensive, but the bottom line when it comes to sin is that we are in God’s hands. This is the truth, Christianity is not about being a better person it’s about spiritual life. Sure with that life and a closer walk with God we will be better behaved, but that is not the point. Life is the point; I have come that you might have life and have it abundantly. Christianity is not about us doing for God its God doing for us. I wish maybe God does too that I could turn that around and say let’s wow God with our blinding light, but anyone that thinks we could is delusional. That said there are a great many people that have a strong works theology....They will vehemently disagree with me and I am not just speaking of RCs, included would be JWs Mormon's Seventh day Adventism, John MacArthur Lordship salvation. it’s a long list. So Derik you have a lot of company....if salvation was a matter of popular opinion I would be worried but scripture says look for the narrow way, that few find. Yeshua said to Peter Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my Father in heaven. And I tell you that you are Peter and on this rock I will build my church. He is speaking of faith that came as a result of Peter having had an encounter A spiritual encounter with God. Paul tells us in Romans 10:17 how we come by faith though unfortunately the English translation of that passage is not very clear if it’s looked at in the original Greek it is a rich resource. For those that sit in a service weekly listening to motivational speeches about self-improvement and behavioral modification I just have to say that while that stuff is wildly popular it’s not the gospel. Gospel=good news Listen I am a sinner bond for hell and rightly so but Yeshau stepped in and saved me that's good news. However if He pulled me out and handed me the rope saying ok I have brought you this far your turn I have to say I don't have a chance on my best day...I’ll be straight back in the muck...that's not good news. Here is what can happen though after you're saved and your relationship with God is going along at some point you're just going to get tiered of sinning...just like Paul. You’re going to turn around and say to God one day, right I don't know about you but I have just about had it with me and He just as with Paul is going to answer MY GRACE IS SUFFICIANT, but that doesn't mean you can’t pray about it. I am very sure God would be glad if you did. If though you’re too busy being all God wants you to be......can I say just don't be a goat that would be sad.... You know I heard someone say the other day that the goats lied to Yeshua. What! He didn't say away with you you're lying they were not lying they had done all the things they claimed....He said I never knew you. Works do not mean you know Yeshua Faith does. My sheep know My voice....If you have ever encountered God you will know His voice and if not.....pray that you do.

The only condition God has for sonship is to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ! To trust that HIS work for us was enough to justify us before a just and holy God!

​@choice Williams Matthew 5:17: "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them." Jesus is the only one who furfills the law, you never did and you will never do it by yourself. Only way to uphold the law is trust Jesus as complete sacrefice for your sins. Doesn't mean we dont strive to live right, but our salvation does not depend on our right living. If it does, then you trust your own works and will not go to heaven. You cannot mix your own sweat with the clean blood of Jesus.

@choice Williams thats because they are not in a restored relationship with God. They do not have the Holy Spirit on the inside. They are not really christians. If you are christian then you go to heaven nomatter your sins because of faith in Jesus. If thats not true then even christians go to hell because there is 'no one who does right'. If you think you live perfectly rightgeously and that qualifies you for salvation then you're not in the truth: 'If we say we are without sin we deceive ourselves and the truth is not within us.' This verse speaks to christians saying nobody among the christians are without sin. We must trust Jesus for salvation alone, if we add our own sanctification to salvation then there is no hope left. Nobody can be fully sanctified and live completely sin-free, not even after salvation.

@@IWasGivenRest Let's see what the Bible says about working your way into heaven. Romans 4:3-5 KJV "For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. [4] Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. [5] But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness." This means you have no hand in your salvation. You can't be justified by being a good little boy.

You think God says " here's a gift of salvation, " then when your bad he says, "give me that gift back?" Read the new testament. Eternal security is written all through it.

If you choose not to listen to him and continue worshiping other gods, Jesus will chastise you or even end your earthly life early to bring you up to heaven. But one thing is certain, Jesus won't lose you. You are his. He paid for you with his blood. Once you believe and accept He died for your sins, was buried and resurrected, there is no turning back. You are SEALED with the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption. There is no demonstration of someone being UNSEALED in the Bible.

This verse destroys the theory of predestination.

Aman. It's basically our turn to give back to Jesus what he gave to us. He offered himself as a sacrifice to God for us, now he says by Paul "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service." (Romans 12:1 KJV). When you truly love Jesus, it's not hard to give up many of the things you may not want to give up.

Faith is within... That's wear he waits.. Knowing all thoughs and preyers... You find your own understanding... Within.. Faith.. is not Doctrine written to obay and direct its sheep... Its a knowing a understanding.. He.. is the only father knowing the.. Right from Wrong that humanity does.... In every thought.. Every action.... Choice is the seed from birth... Its one's self gives it direction to grow... Truth

Faith is the appropriating into our lives what is already true in eternity. God is the eternal Father, but for Him to be a Father unto us we must appropriate this fact into our lives by confirming our lives to His will. The visible church today largely wants God's blessings all the while going our own way... which is iniquity, see Isa 53:6. It is sad how many want God's stuff, but don't actually want Him. It is called the New Covenant. We each have a part in covenant. God has done His part, and we through His Spirit are to walk more and more in our part, obedience. 1John 2:3 And hereby do we know we know Him, when we keep His commandments. This is not a striving in our flesh, but a work by His power as we submit to Him.

It stung when he mentioned Plato. I’ve read a lot of Plato. And I see Plato’s work as kindergarten or k-12 preliminaries to just understand what the Bible might be referring to. For example, in Plato’s book Parmenides, there’s a dialogue of what the nature of pure-unmixed One-ness is or is not. And one finds themselves seeing how The essence of pure oneness itself sound very close to how Christians think of God. Now the problem with Plato is that this pure oneness is not conscious. It’s like an impersonal force, or at least that’s how most academics view it. In truth, the ONE is beyond distinction, it’s beyond being encapsulated by a word or phrase. And so it transcends being personal and impersonal. The ONE is ineffable at the end of the day. I believe that Plato’s work is helpful in understanding the Bible. But I have to remember that the skill of a lie is that it resembles the truth. A lie that’s obviously a lie is not worth telling. But a good lie, as far as it can be good, is that how close it approximates the truth. It’s surrounded by truth. So, that said, the people who are not Christians use Plato to down play the revealed personality of God. The other is this theosophical groups that are formed. That is platonist think themselves able to rise to the One or to God. Basically reaching God unaided. Whereas scriptures show that we need help. I personally reject these tendencies people derive from Plato. There are other issues with Plato, but the point is that if his wrong, then among pagans, I’d say he’s far less wrong than say post modernist or mereological nihilists or physicalists. Also, the New Testament was written in Greek about what, 4-5 hundred years after Plato? So, the way words were used in Greek had some changes as a result of the work of Plato and others to be fair. Well, I’m no Ancient Greek expert. But some of the influences of Plato was embedded in the language, along with Heraclitus’s work on the use of the word logos, which I think he used as an organizing principle. Like how gravity organizes and effects everything that’s within its field, the logos is a power that unifies or puts varying differences into various ways of relationship. Since the logos is the begotten of the Father, it’s seen by some that the FATHER is THE ONE, and that Christ, being the begotten of the ONE, takes after his Father, and organizes and puts everything into order and relation . Most profoundly is Christ’s ability to put us in relation to His Father, which if anything I think is accurate, is a pure miracle.

What misguided soul obscured Mr Prince's valuable message with music that should be in the BACKGROUND NOT THE FOREGROUND!

God's Word warns us about this; the Book of Daniel is one place. I have never read a horoscope; yet, throughout the years - have met people - classmates, ..., who have. We need much discernment; for although we, ourselves, don't get involved in the occult - as God's Word has instructed - we live in a world of people, some who may not know the Truth. God cares about these people, and so do I. Although we who belong to Jesus - do not belong to the evil aspects that have infiltrated the world, rather, to God's Kingdom - which resides within us; we live in this world - to help people. - As we continue to offer ourselves to the Lord God; Jesus within us - leads us to share, and to live His Love and Truth through us. I have met people, even some Christians - who are not aware of the dangers. It's a sticky situation; because my heart is to help - to open hearts to the Truth - with Lovingkindness. I also try to learn about people - to understand where people are coming from, so I can relate to people in a way that's relevant to where they are. The enemy has infiltrated God's beautiful Creation; yet, some people don't know. Rather than judge, and totally avoid people - I ask God to show me the opportunities to share His point of view in these situations. I pray that eyes may be opened to see our Creator - and use these situations as opportunities to point people to Him - Truly Creator of this entire universe - everyone, all creatures, and all nature! Although there is an infiltration of evil, God's Presence is everywhere! We are in a battle with evil, not people; although people can knowingly, or unknowingly follow evil. We are also bombarded by an overload of information - much of which I know nothing about. Sometimes I receive info. about horoscopes, and either delete it, or reach out to the person who sent it - who may not know the danger. Especially in this day, we need to always be praying for discernment, and wisdom - for handling what is coming at us - and at all the people in this world who God so Loves, and has compassion for! Each person has come from somewhere; our purpose as Christians - is to offer ourselves to God, - that He may touch the hearts of the peoples who don't yet know Who God is, and that He Truly Loves them. The Holy Spirit is Creative, and from the Spirit, there are an endless flow of creative ideas - which God uses to reveal Himself to people - turning each heart from wherever he, or she is - to Him and His Love! The Holy Spirit draws people to God - and Reveals the Truth to us!

Mark 16:15-16 KJV And he said unto them, God ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. This scripture does not necessarily means a person is actually called in the 5 fold Ministry. This is a mandate for all Born Again Christians to share the Good News of the Gospel of How to Become A Born Again, so that others can have Eternal Life in Heaven. We must always have morning prayer/bible devotions and ask the Lord Jesus Christ for guidance, courage, protection, wisdom, and to order our steps. Example whenever someone ask me am I a Virgo, I would smile and ask why. I would gently explain biblically why I don't participants in discussing signs and the bonus is to tell them about the saving grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We need to put on and keep on the Whole Armour of God. I had to discover that horoscopes were wrong after I was grown by the grace of God, possibly a random TV Christian program. We suppose to love one another (See John 15:12) & by spreading the gospel to sound the alarm when a soul needs saving or off track. See Ezekiel 3:18-19 & 33:9 don't want anyone blood on our hands when we can warn their souls. QUESTION: We don't aquire any of Gods promises through our own rightgeousness but by faith in Christ. That is the cornerstone of being a christian. If you start like this, achiving the sonship through works, how can you possibly be saved? You've literally put your trust in your own rightgeousness.

That music actually opened my heart for a while and I felt through some of my sins and felt Gods love.. so I really don't know what is wrong about that.. 😀 music is a form of communication.. it is the language of the spirit and heart.. I understand that some people are not that sensitive, which is not bad I think.. they just don't feel it that much or don't feel it at all..

He can let you carry out in folly until something terrible happens too. It teaches you a lesson, if you arent completely stupid. The warnings given arent about ruining your 'fun' in life, they are there for a reason. It really gets me when christians dabble around with eastern philosophy/Buddism etc. Another is this 'multifaith' thing, and women ministers being called Padre.

When did the Father EVER say to Jesus do X Y and Z and I will be your Father??? He said to Jesus before He did anything in ministry “this is my son and I’m pleased with him!” And he’s saying the same thing to you whether or not you know Him or not. Of course he isn’t pleased with acts of sin but only because it distracts you from intimacy with him and hurts you! This is dangerous theology to believe the Father abandons us based on performance. How sad

Mat R so what was Jesus doing on the cross besides “paying” for our sin? And who do you think he was paying off? The Father who so desperately wanted to destroy us but desired to instead kill his son Jesus? And we call this good news and tell people to worship this Father?? Come on now Jesus paid the price for us to see Him the price was taking on our distortion and brokenness in how we saw the Father not the Fathers punishment toward his children.... no wonder Christians struggle with sin so much we actually think our Fathered desired to kill us but chose instead to kill his son!! How merciful of this God how loving... man if he murdered and abandoned Jesus on the cross now we get to live in constant paranoia... and many Christians do... that the Father might abandon us! See the deep seeded flaw here in our theology see the brokenness that Jesus came to fix on the cross? A sin based way of seeing God always accuses the Father for abandoning his kids and fundamentally not being good to us

I find the New Testament (N.T.) scriptures with Jesus dying on the cross, contradicts the Original Testament (Genesis to Malachi) scriptures, or the Hebrew scriptures. *Two different views on the way of salvation.* The N.T. view basically says to place your faith on the sacrificial death of Jesus on the cross to pay for all your sins, and you will receive G'd's grace and Spirit unto salvation. The O.T. views it differently for a Non-Jew like myself. Basically, it teaches us that G'd created us innocent, and FROM EVIL INCLINATIONS or TEMPTATIONS, we CHOOSE to sin by breaking G'd's moral laws or commands. Further, in the O.T., we see that Grace is not a commodity. Grace is who G'd is, and it always available! If we sin, we go to G'd in prayer and repent. *There is no need for a middle-man like "a Jesus" to get atonement. G'd forgives you when you repent. And you move on and continue trusting and obeying G'd.* At the end of your life or the Judgement, it is G'd to decide whether you are saved or lost. In Christianity, note, G'd has a begotten son! "Begotten" refers to humankind sexual act. G'd then cruelly MURDERS his INNOCENT son! G'd makes the innocent pay for the guilty [don't sound like Justice]. G'd can't control himself, "his anger" and hate towards us, so he places it ALL on the innocent (Jesus). Then we must look to Jesus for grace and kindness. So its like you have "two gods" in Christianity with two different faces: one that is wrath and judgemental, and one the other that is kind and merciful... But ... in the Original scriptures, the Hebrew scriptures, G'd is One nature. G'd, according to the Psalms, always has Grace. G'd needs no blood sacrifice to forgive you of your sins. You must be the sacrifice by sacrificing your heart to G'd in prayer. *G'd is ALWAYS merciful to those who repent and TRY to keep His moral principles. Righteousness to G'd is TRYING. Righteousness in the N.T., is reaching a Perfection that can never be attained.* In the N.T., G'd forgives the wicked and makes somebody else pay for their sins. So they are scott free from Just punishment. In the Original Testament, G'd may forgive the wicked, but the wicked must still pay for the wrong they done, or, they will never learn. G'd is able to remove the consequences of sin but at times, do not. But no one else pays for your sins but you ! You are 100% responsible for your bad deeds as well as your good deeds. And how you live BY G'd's GRACE AND EMPOWERING SPIRIT, determines your destiny. That's a fair and just G'd. Peace 🙏🏽 :)

Mat R sounds like Buddhism or Hinduism my friend. Paying down your karmic debt to get the best seat in the afterlife. Definitely not what OT scripture is all about. The sacrifices in the tabernacle for example were for the sins of Israel but let’s not pretend that a goat pleased God. Even David has a revelation later that those sacrifices aren’t really what Gods after. He wants our heart. My point is that Israel’s rights and wrongs didn’t karmically balance out into God being pleased with them through sacrifices or their ability to keep the law perfectly. All those systems prophetically point to the fulfillment in the incarnation of God in Jesus Christ. He is the fulfillment of OT prophecy he is the lamb of God that takes away the sins of the world and reveals our true identity in him. Sons and daughters of a loving gracious Father who desires intimate relationship with us in Jesus through the indwelling Holy Spirit.

The Bible says be angry and sin not, getting angry is not a sin its more how you deal with it, the Bible says be slow to anger. Anger is not labelled as a sin per say but it has the potential to take you to hell. God anger cannot be refferd to as sin because vengeance belongs to him.

@@lucashack5318 John 15:16 doesn't prove anything on your end, the Bible is a whole book. Notice how it even mentions in John 15:16 that they should bear fruit? We also bear fruit... The verse I gave you says it plainly and just because they were preordained doesn't change anything here, you added your own philosophy that does not exist in scripture. Read 1 John 4:6, if you truly love God you will hear his Word's and will come to the truth. Just pray about it and let the Holy Spirit teach you. God bless.

Like the rest of the apostate churches preachers, after you quote scriptures in the bible you guys always add and put words in our Father's mouth that He never said!!! Like if you meet His conditions! There is only one condition! I, our Supreme God and Father in Heaven chose you, and not man chose Him!!! Is simple to simple for your philosophy mindset believing your foolish mind man's wisdom will be able to save your soul? You are just one of many famous preachers in past centuries that never really just pass on the written Word of the New Testament gospels that the Church was asked to do!!!

he is right about God not being our Heavenly Father automatically, which is what christians think they can still be sinful and know God. It is impossible, but I want to clarify what it takes to know the Heavenly Father, because I do not know from what this guy is saying that he knows the Heavenly Father, and I know Him imtimately which is what He wants from all those who call upon the name of the Lord.(I doubt if he does) Mal.3:16-18, he may just be exercising his grace gift of exhorting like Joel Osteen. The Lord Mashiah said that he was the way, truth and life and that is how to come to know the Father by the Patyr's own command - Jerm.9:23,24. This is the way, truth and life of the logos's direction - Matt.11:19-30 the way, Rom.12:1-7 - the truth and II Pet.1:5-10 - the life. These will lead everyone to their destiny in this life where they rest in the Lord God Abba Patyr' to know and understand HIm by His Spirit (roo'akh) - Zech.4:6 which will lead to the illumnination - II Cor.4:6 which is glorification of the Father pronouncing you holy - Rom.8:28-30. Without this you will burn - Isa.28:13.II Pet.1:10

This man devoted his entire adult life to God and was a true prophet of the holy word. This Godly man knew how to interpret and teach Scripture all over the world, in different languages too. He will continue to save ppl, even if he is not with us physically any more. RIP Derek Prince💙

If you can lose salvation , every Christian is going to Hell . Thankfully we are secure in Christ till the day of redemption.

Where does that logic come from? Does the bible say that? Just because there is a way, doesn’t mean we have to fall away. We can make a choice. Because he tells us to make a choice over and over. But he helps us in everything, as we ask him- which is why we are able to to make it through. Saved only because we are partakers in Christ’s righteousness and he bearing our sin and shame and punishment so we don’t have to. But we can choose to not receive his sacrifice even though I think he softens some hearts to be able to choose and hardens others for his purposes.

There are reasons why schools, universities and libraries don't play music while information is being given. It's distracting.
