God vs Evolution - Who Created Humans? The Blind Watchmaker - FutureIQ

How evolution created humans and other complex life forms? Find out in this episode.
It is very difficult to fathom how evolution works and how a unicellular organism can turn into a complex living being like a Tiger or a Human. To help you learn the theory of evolution in an effective manner, we decided to go with an example of how an eye could have evolved from just a simple bacterium. Once you understand how a complex design can be formed by evolution by natural selection, you’ll be able to apply similar logic to explain other complex designs you find in nature.

    I recently discovered your channel and I really love how you manage to explain things without dumbing it down too much. But only thing I would suggest is that the anchor should not interrupt the speaker so much. I understand your enthusiasm and love the format of conversation but we need a listener and a speaker. If you keep interrupting neither of you can make your point.

    Ya but there is an inherent assumption that an intelligent creature designed it na, it would probably be better to say "we don't know" Idk for sure Also, there are many random mutations, the ones who get such a mutation which helps them survive, become more in number with time(cuz the ones who don't get it die), again some random mutation which helps these organisms survive might happen, and the cycle goes on

    Also, they have really sped it up. There is much much more evidence and many more steps, which they have not presented for the sake of brevity. You can always pursue it as a scientist. One of 3 things will happen: 1. Disprove them and find a better theory and get a Nobel 2. Understand it perfectly and be enlightened 3. Find God! All worthy pursuits!

    The universe could not have created itself; it could not have come from nothing. Nothing cannot produce something. If nothing existed before the beginning of the universe, there would be no universe today. Though it is hard for us to comprehend fully, an eternal, nonmaterial first cause was necessary. God Himself has always existed, as He is not constrained by the physical dimensions of spacetime, nor is He subject to the physical laws that He Himself created, including cause and effect. Hence, God is the uncaused First Cause.

    Time is greatest intelligent designer. Still our eye has a flaw. Interconnect that takes the signal from eye to brain for interpretation actually covers the light sensitive area thus reducing its light responsivity. An intelligent designer would not make such mistake. This flaw is indicative of engineering by time. And yes if you find a functioning watch on desert either some human showed up or you will not find. This evolution doesn’t.t have design leap anywhere time engineering is always gradual.

    The idea that the eye evolved from a simple light-sensitive patch raises some important questions, especially when considering the second law of thermodynamics, which states that entropy, or disorder, in a system tends to increase over time. Evolution suggests a gradual increase in complexity, but this seems counterintuitive to entropy. The eye, with its intricate structure and precise functionality, appears to defy this natural tendency toward disorder. While some argue that energy from the sun can drive the increase in complexity, energy alone isn't enough. There must be highly specific processes and mechanisms to direct this energy into creating such a complex and efficient organ

  • @abhishekjoshua2264

    @abhishekjoshua2264

    Күн бұрын

    The development of the eye begins in the embryo, directed by a precise sequence of genetic instructions. Specific genes, such as Pax6, play crucial roles in initiating the formation of the eye. The coordinated expression of these genes results in the differentiation of various eye components, such as the lens, retina, cornea, and optic nerve. Each part must develop correctly and in the right sequence for the eye to function. The eye does not function in isolation; it must work in perfect harmony with the brain. Visual information captured by the retina is transmitted through the optic nerve to the visual cortex in the brain, where it is processed into images. This requires a complex neural network and precise biochemical signaling pathways, all of which are encoded in DNA. The eye exhibits what is known as irreducible complexity. It means that the removal or alteration of any one part renders the entire system nonfunctional. For example, without a properly formed lens, the retina cannot focus light correctly, making vision impossible. This interdependence of parts makes the gradual evolution of the eye through random mutations highly improbable, as each part would need to evolve simultaneously to maintain functionality.5. Information Origin: The origin of the vast and specific information encoded in DNA poses another significant challenge to evolutionary theory. The likelihood of random mutations producing the highly organized and functional genetic code needed for the development of complex organs like the eye is astronomically low. Natural selection, which acts on existing variations, cannot create new information or increase complexity by itself.
