Bigdaddy has a scion variant with doryanis. Not budget but its definitely cheaper than this mirror tier version

yes, slightly lower dps and armour, but its workable and still pretty strong

You can make a really good armour stacker for 100 divine. FastAF shows how far you can take builds. But you can absolutely make a T17/Uber killer with 100 divine investment.
