Fr. Stefano Colleluori was an ambitious young teenage boy before he thought of entering the priesthood. He dreamed of being a successful sportsman and trained hard for the national handball team. But an unfortunate event thwarted his plans making him feel helpless and fragile. Fr. Stefano soon realized that he was not in control of his life, but God was. After discerning, through Divine providence, the testimonies of priests and seminarians at World Youth Day 2013 confirmed that the Lord was calling him to the priesthood.
