I understand, sometimes we must live through the storm and “be happy in going through it” Knowing it is God molding us and preparing us for what is to come. A co-worker once said to me, If being depressed and worried’ doesn’t change the situation and or help you Then Why Are you allowing it? Life is short. The best way to get you out of your mind Is To help someone else,do something kind for someone else and your heart will feel good and over rides the mind of sadness. Where the mind goes “ The man follows. These statements really helped me. I pray they help you. Prayers for God to show you the way. Prayers for happiness 🙏🏼
