One of my favorite shows. RIP Bill Paxton.

This couldn't have been a better theme song for Big Love....such a beautiful and amazing song....it speaks volumes about life.

God bless you Bill Paxton. We lost you way too soon.

We really did. You forget how good of an actor he was.

This video has the best mix of this song I've heard.

Such a beautiful song, it brings out the emotions in you.

Why did HBO stop using this recording? There's more echo in it than the one they are using now and its a freaking tragedy. This one here is BEAUTIFUL. There's an angelic quality to the music and voices that is not there in the current recording. What the heck happened?

No kidding. A great introduction to the show.

I think the original intro forshadows this final season. The cracks are really showing up and I do hope that they will find their way back to each other.

This was made for the song. Absolutely mesmerising! Being able to create beauty and bitterness at the same time!

They HAVE to bring this song back for the intro! Chole Sevigney is so AWESOME

Finally just watched the last episode, so sad. My wife & I did watch this when it was first on HBO, but for whatever reason stopped. So happy we picked up and watched the whole series. RIP to the great Bill Paxton😇

Love this scene and music. Not really a fan of the show but this really is so beautiful!!! And part of the beauty (besides a masterpiece song and the slo mo ice -skate idea) is the motif it expresses to me anyway...... absurdity, the pathos, the ridiculous striving and delusions of every man and woman. Oh so human!

I couldn't agree more. I can't believe they wont even let us watch it on demand. I was so upset when it ended.

If a guy, and two women love each other then a big genuine family would rival governments power over the family !

Beautiful, profound and bitterly ironic at the same time. Wow!

When they changed the intro from God Only Knows What I'd Be Without You...the show went downhill.

Absolutely one of my all time favorite shows! It's such a shame it ended as fast as it began! It was almost like they were forced to get rid of the show... They killed Bill Paxton, wrapped it up & haven't shown it on demand ever since! What's up with that? They've shown The Soprano's for over 6 years now since it ended. I want to watch Big Love dammit!!

you mean season 3. Season 2 just got done and you will see repetes of season 2 until June or July.

I loved this show...I don't know why they had to end it, ( maybe everyone wanted more money) maybe they will bring the women back, or Bills brother, Bill really made the show tho too!!...LOVED it!!

They have already closed up Season 1 (which I have the box set). Season 2 starts in June. I wish piligamy was legal. I have three boyfriends and we all know about each other, we all hang out together and love one another. 2 of us live togeather and the other two live togeather 30 minutes from each other. I would be the third wife in the series lol

@orunaufa yea, but he will be missed, i feel bad all he wanted was his family to be happy in the open.

@HarveyBacktheBeatles you don't need more than one wife to be whole. The way i see the son is that there may be all these people in your life but only one is most important. Polygamy contradicts that. You can't really equally spread love like that. Especially marriage love. You can spread love equally amongst your children but not amongst your wives.

i wish i could be like bill have more than 1 wife i would have kicked niki to the curb and i would have taken that russian girl bill was messing with. if the first 1 wont i am sure 1 of the others will

I love this song but this song would be better served somewhere else. This song will never make sense with mormons.

Personally can't stand the new intro... this one was much better.
