For a mod, I can see A LOT of facial details for Garou. Like with the simpsons mod that one guy did, I couldn’t see his face move or even his eyes blink but Garou. Oh man this mod is AMAZING, he fits in his own skin and I can see him show expressions on his face.

Kratos was only able to go back in time through the sisters of destiny, Cosmic Garou already had this technique. Kratos doesn't even have a planetary feat. Kratos' speed depends on Hermes' boot, Garou doesn't need it. And you pointed out the Garou as Multi-galaxy, as if Kratos had a feat like that.Oh, and Garou can copy the enemy, so there's nothing Kratos has that Garou can't replicate in a better way, even his combat style.
