God Gave Them Up l Voddie Baucham
Romans 1:26-27:
26 For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; 27 and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error.

The thought of being given up/given over is one of the most horrifying things that a person can imagine.

That description of reprobation was lack luster at best. To say that before creation, God chose certain people to not save goes against the statement that God is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. The description that should be used is that God offers grace and salvation to all, so that all can be saved, however there are some who love sin and reject the offer of grace so much that God finally stops offering grace and salvation, turning them over to their own desires. The difference between the two is that in one description, you have exactly what predestination teaches. God chooses who can and can't be saved before creation. The other teaches that grace is offered to all through Christ death. The second is biblical. The first is heresy.

@@ShonHarito2 it is my experience. You read with them, that God hardened Pharaos Heart, so that Pharao will not let them go and God will express his wrath. They will say: NO! That is not was is written there! God just did it, because Pharao was "This an That", that is why God did it.

The Holy Spirit is who guides us removing the scales from our eyes and hearts. You cant read the bible because you cannot understand yet. Nobody can make sense of the Word of God without His Spirit to reveal the truth to them. Hard hearts stubborn and unable to see the truth is most of the population FEW find the straight and narrow and LESS than few stay on it

It must be awful for Baucham to know his wife and 9 children are probably going to bust hell wide open because, statistically, they can't all be "predestined" to be saved. A Calvinist can NEVER have a happy life knowing almost everyone they love is "predestined" for hell. 🔥💀🔥

I think Voddie is all wet on this doctrine. So this means Voddie may actually be destined to hell. We have no way of knowing whether Voddie Baucham is truly saved.

Paul tells multiple times that you can know whether someone is saved. Jesus taught you'll know a tree by the fruit it bears. It is completely possible to know if he is saved or not.

God knows, we do not. The Believer himself can. By his Herat and by the witness of the Holy Spirit. Outsiders cannot. We can observe the fruits, but People can always change, leave the faith etc.

If you heard and say he said nothing then you clearly don't understand. If you say you understand then you should say you don't care. Either way makes no difference to me. But in your complacency of sin, don't say that he said nothing. He is speaking to you friend, but you chose to not hear. 👍
