I was living as a homosexual for 10 years. When i was 25 (5years ago) Jesus revealed himself to me through a series of events. I can honestly say that i was never aware of there even being a God, but when i knew Jesus, it changed everything. He has given me a will to live, and a purpose in life. Hallelujah!

Praise God! I was on heroin for 11 years until 2 years ago. Same thing for me. He dragged me kicking and screaming through a series of circumstances. I never got arrested but I got an infection in my blood and I almost died. Before that there were like 10 clinical overdoses throughout my career as a junkie. The Puritans would say He made a proverb out of me. I am a walking example of irresistible Grace. I had absolutely no intention of stopping what I was doing, but little did I know I was not in charge. Next Sunday I will be addressing the men at a homeless mission who are a lot like I was. Lost and dead Men. Praise God, the word of the Lord stands forever 🙏

God bless you with your journey to bringing more lost Brothers and Sisters back to the father , sometimes we can plant the seed that helps others to the truth , other times we nurture the seed by his Holy word and when we get all this through to the lost , we then get to see the amazing work of God in them which by his Grace and purpose for us are like harvest harvestable fruits of the land . Though this is just my analogy , God loves and cares for us more than fruits of course , though his judgement and wrath to the sinful is Holy and Just too. Our God is truly the most awsome person we could ever hope for .

As someone who was a homosexual, God had His hand on me the whole time. He led me out. I rejected every "natural theory" the world came up with. I knew it was a fleshly passion I knew I would never marry a woman because of my very deep respect and understanding of the depth of marriage. I had an understanding that when I was a homosexual I loved but not to the depth that I would and could if I were to do things in the natural order. It gets intertwined in your thoughts and heart and feelings and emotions. At some point I finally had been celebate for 7 years praying and staying away from homosexuality and just reading my Bible. After 8 years celebate I was baptized, and after 9 years celebate I was delivered through prayer. May I add that as each spirit connected to the total spirit of homosexuality came out of me; each spirit cried and said no please don't make me leave and I don't want to leave... I had been preparing for that my whole life to be baptized and delivered from that sin that had afflicted me since age 6. Over 25 years i was afflicted. I am now engaged and am set to be married to my husband to be. I love YHWH and His principles. I love Him because He loved me first. For Him to keep His hand on me the way He did and does and then gift me at each milestone with so much. I don't need to be convinced of any of this I lived it and came out. I had no one to help me except 2 men baptized me Bob and Ned and the woman I never met prayed and wrote me a deliverance prayer, Eddie. Everyone else rejected me and judged me. Now I am still rejected and judged by the same people even when I speak the good news but now I know I have God's blessing. homosexuals and heterosexuals rejected me before and after i was delivered. Homosexuals because they said i sold out lmbooo smh and heterosexuals because they think my being delivered is an act smh. Now when people ask me what I think of them wanting to be with the same sex I testify and encourage them to not go down that road. Isnt that something? no matter what, many can hurt you with their hate in the name of Christianity or God but only few christians are actually effective at planting and watering. Most are not intentional and or they dont focus on their duty. An arm on the body does not try and walk. I often say out of the 100s of people who judged me and rejected me, only 3 were in the Spirit of God and effective. Now when I do things for the Kingdom of God, I am now useful and effective because I get right to the heart of their needs, it's short, exact, loving, intentional, and then it's time for me to keep moving forward. Could be a Word could be a prayer could be money or a combination. Be encouraged my brothers and sisters. The Lord will be returning in an even shorter while. Most will not see it coming but Israel is eagerly awaiting His return. May Yah grant all of us the grace to be eagerly awaiting His Sons return for His bride. May He grant us peace and love and to walk and rest and run in The Ruach Ha Kadesh, that we all have and had worked out our salvation with fear and trembling (yes even you who have not sinned in the abominable ways I have) May He bless us and keep us forever. May His light shine upon us and we be found with great faith oil in our lamps and His law written upon our hearts. May we all die to self and be lovers of good and doers of the Word. Glory be to the most high YHWH in the name of Yahusha. (If you havnt been led to call these names (( YHWH -God Yahusha - son of God and savior and Ruach Ha Kadesh - Holy Spirit)) don't worry about semantics just say amen lol) amen!!! If you learn anything feom my written small testimony choose Christ and be useful and effective please. After you repent and turn away from your sin walk in that favor and dont dwell on what you have done, for that is the gift of salvation through The Lord and the good news! Find your gift and job in the body of Christ and do just that. Remember don't try and stand up as if you were a foot if you are a finger.

@@joyceburns2613 It's not an anointing you're feeling sister, it's sincere words that have touched your heart. I deal with these kinds of testimonies all the time that are based on feelings and not based in the Word of God. Know the difference.

It's true. I was healed 2 weeks ago when I surrendered to Jesus. I am not the same person I was for I now know the love that Jesus has given me, and all of us. He saved me. I thought I could save me, and when I couldn't possibly accomplish that, I had fallen into despair. Jesus scooped me up from my storm and showed me His love and His way. He showed me that I can overcome anything, so long as I follow Him and heed His words! Walk with Him and you shall be saved! God promises you, seek God and you will find him. God promises that. The choice of acceptance and surrender is yours.

My younger brother has been caught up in this lifestyle and has gone even further into the trans movement. He’s unreachable because he’s cut most of us off. My heart breaks for the pain he must be feeling because I know the pain and anguish I felt when I too could not break away from alcoholism. The loneliness, the pain of knowing each drink was like driving another nail into our beloved Savior. It was pure agony. He is not a believer and I have no way to share the gospel with him but I will pray even harder for him after listening to this in the hope the he can one day see he isn’t wrong as he was born and for his life to be redeemed 🙏

That was me for almost 40yrs I lived as homosexaul and many other devious acts. God saved me 12 yrs ago I am now 60yrs old and Praise His mercy love and grave for saving me from hell.

Wow. And I thought I was being compassionate by only being understanding and loving. Of course I know it’s sinful to commit homosexual acts. I hold no condemnation for those who commit homosexual acts, as I know judgement in that way is only for God. But I bought the lie that they were happy with their lifestyle, as portrayed by media (TV, movies, commercials, etc). I bought the lie that their sin did not bring the same hurt and devastation as any other din. I am not being compassionate by solely showing love, I must speak truth to truly show compassion. Otherwise, I am enabling their destruction. I’ve spoken to many that I have arrested (I’m law enforcement) of God’s love and forgiveness and of their great worth. Praise God that He led me to speak to those He wanted me to. Almost every time I shared we parted as friends, an appreciation of each other. It was obvious to me that their paths led to destruction. It’s harder to see the paths of those who are homosexuals loving one another as just a destructive path. Much like when people post on Facebook; always showing happiness, those in homosexual relationships must be under even greater pressure to present as happy couples. Pastor Voddie, you are a modern day prophet. Stay strong, brother, I fear these are the last days and Satan’s attacks will be like they never have before to take us Christians down.

A lot of people, especially those in the LGBQT community will say “Christian’s hate us” and the how “Christians preach hate” Well, after listening to this sermon and understanding the effects of the homosexual lifestyle, I grew more compassionate toward them and I want them to experience the love of Christ and to be set free from the shackles of sin and pain caused by that lifestyle. We love them just as much as we love the the adulterer, the liar, the greedy, etc. We are all sinners, but with Christ, we can be set free. Only If you want it, it’s available. Hallelujah! I remember how during the times I wasn't a believer, I suffered from a great deal of intrusive thoughts consisting of the most wretched things one can possibly imagine doing. And with porn, it was a struggle to quit without knowing Christ. My sexuality was becoming increasingly messed up to the point I was getting off on trans porn and all that. But one day, I decided to take cold showers and from there, I slowly started converting back into Christianity, which over time, I was gradually going back to normal. And by the time I saw things thay shocked me back into believing entirely, I basically just "levitated". I no longer watch porn, and I'm no longer being plagued by intrusive thoughts.

Thank you GFBC, thank you Dr Voddie. You've taught me true humility and true compassion and that is by looking at myself first and knowing the pain and devastation of having lived in my sin, imagine what someone else is going through (eventually) even if today they look like having the best times of their lives from the outside. We all need the same grace indeed and we should preach to each other the truth so that we are saved. Only CHRIST JESUS can satisfy us. I remember reading this passage about 3 years ago and i wept bitterly begging GOD not to give me over to my passions, lusts and sins...just devastating to even imagine bcz i know the taste of dragging myself worthlessly and by GOD's grace didn't get to worst levels as I could get. LORD have mercy and save YOUR people...none of us are too far from your hand. Amen.

I will keep your son in my prayers sister. I struggled with ongoing sin and by the grace of God overcame years of backsliding. Philippians 1:6 And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ

I thought that IF you do GOOD THINGS you GO to HEAVEN...Like so many people I was (mis)diagnosed with not only SAD and Anxiety disorder but Chemical-imbalance which has been formerly known as alcoholism/drug addiction, I fell into the trap of accepting the "fact" that I'm going to die a heroin addict and an alcoholic, tossed my career, all my possessions, marriage, relationship with my loved ones, down the drain to become a career "street pharmacist". I traded my brother's and sisters marriages, my grandparents funerals, quality time with my close friends and loved ones for a circular-life fueled by addiction, violence, pain, anger, withdrawal and blaming others for the mistakes I made. Meanwhile God was patiently waiting and protecting me... Although it took me well over 10 years, I gave up the self-reliant lifestyle to our Lord Jesus Christ and my dad at least got to see his son come home before he passed from a heart-attack in my hands on the bathroom floor. Although I really, really miss him, I can't wait to join him in praising God for everything good He has done in my life...

Great message , most Christians are a hindrance to sinners caught in the homosexual trap from knowing Christ . It’s sad .

In the Greek the same word is used here, which, in another form, occurs in the previous part of the verse, and which is translated “like.” The apostle meant doubtless to retain a reference to that in this place. “As they did not approve, ἐδοκιμασαν edokimasan, or choose to retain God, etc. he gave them up to a mind disapproved, rejected, reprobate,” ἀδοκιμον adokimon, and he means that the state of their minds was such that God could not approve it. It does not mean that they were reprobate by any arbitrary decree; but that as a consequence of their headstrong passions, their determination to forget him, he left them to a state of mind which was evil, and which he could not approve.

EXAMPLE: On one side of the board (of life) it says, WHOSOEVER WILL, LET him/her come BUT on the other side it reads, THAT they were saved from the foundation of the earth (predestination). I got that you using the verses okay but wanted to endorse that it's good to deeply study the scriptures though many in churches at times dont seem to see it so but years ago good established ministries emphasized intended study or chewing on carefully the verses and when necessary to look at them in the better context of s chapter as vital ifvwhen they get confusing or seem to say a thing thry do not really say . Many out there use verses like if nobody can be sure of their salvation in Christ but 1st John says you can . Example of taking vss away from a passage is often done with Hebrews which never says a child of God will go to hell which it only seems becuz they way its used for years on end making taken as truth only.. Hebrews is about the great new covenant clarified in it thsts in Jesus that hevdied for all and every sin finishing the work totally and his preeminence as Son of God in the trinity too to save us totally . There is no reason vss in it proved it happens a child of God goes to hell becuz he failed or blew it . Christians cannot want to just fall out of Christ . Thus one would then wisely study Hebrews taking even years if necessary however it takes keeping chewing on passages more at home or on their own too . Maybe a technique would be dwell on it as when you dwell on sad thoughts except isn't sad though .

Some want to tell you you can't love good solid books but why knock that if I'm not sexually sinning or doing drugs ?!! Obvious reading can keep you good focused from it making it so you remember to not sin or trip up . I speak so becuz church goers said I shouldn't be reading books yet that stand the test of time !! I still regret being convinced by my homosexual brother-in-law that abortion should be allowed in the US for other women who ‘want’ it. Up to this time, I feel I am sinful for not standing on my ground and defending the word of God.

This sermon on sexual immorality can also be applied word for word to heterosexual promiscuity between an unmarried man and woman, and i think that needs to be stressed more. Because some are completely consumed with lust for the opposite gender and that is just as sinful. I am saying this because I am one of those people. Praise Lord Jesus and thank you Father God for evrything Amen.

That's the lie that they believe. Many have suffered all forms of abuse in the formative years and don't want to deal with that hurt.

Can anybody provide the source for the statistics Dr. Bauchman gives at about the 31 minute mark, where he's talking about the randomly selected gay men in their 30's living in a house together? He says its from an unbiased scientific source, but he never actually states what the exact source was. I tried Googling it but didn't find anything. Thanks in advance! Edit: He makes it sounds like its from the Kirk and Madsen book; if so, which chapter? And where are they getting that data? If we want to engage in apologetics, we need this information to bullet-proof our arguments.

What is the John 3:16 Bible verse? ESV “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. NIV For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

You quote from Leviticus 18 and 20 about certain male homosexual acts. But I have never heard a preacher teach about other verses in these chapters. In Leviticus 18:19 and 20:18, the Bible clearly states that it is a serious sexual sin for a husband to have intercourse when his wife is menstruating. In each chapter it's just a couple of verses away from those on male homosexual intercourse and yet everyone ignores it. Why is that? Is it just church leaders who can pick and choose from the Bible or can anyone do it? I once read a chapter by Pat Robertson which listed the sins in Leviticus 18:1 - 20, excluding only the sex during menstruation one. He didn't explain why, he just skipped over it hoping no one would notice. It seemed like sheer hypocrisy to me then and it does still. How can I know which parts of the Bible to ignore and which parts to focus on?

Pray, pray and pray for him, unceasingly. My son had different sins he is living in and when I tried to speak with him directly, it devolved into hurt and anger for him. I figured out that the only way he would be convicted of this sin was through the Spirit for His glory. In the year that proceeded, I focused on telling my son how much I loved him and let God do the heavy lifting and I cannot tell you how much my son's life has changed. He is taking responsibility for his children and fiance in a Godly way and while I'm still praying he is convicted of this sin to be saved, I have great faith that it will happen, according to His will. Don't stop praying, don't stop loving and always hold faith. I will pray for you to have strength and patience while He carries out His plan ❤

Voddie, I saw you on Glenn Beck’s program. Did you share the Gospel with him ? Glenn needs the Jesus of the Bible, not the one mormons teach that is the brother of Lucifer. As an ex-mormon who Jesus saved, I hope you shared the Jesus of the Bible with Glenn. It’s the most important thing you could do for Glenn. Like most believing mormons, he has good morals, but is a lost soul in need of the grace of Jesus.

I have many family members who are still deceived by the Mormon Cult and things like Voddie going on Glenn Beck’s program just reinforces the deception they are fed by the LDS church. It gives validity to their deception. I pray the best for Voddie and his family, but this is very disappointing for me and my family.

Dr. Baucham you say that human beings are without excuse and are accountable. I think I understand that. But let us suppose that a young boy is sexually abused terribly by male family members and as a consequence develops only same-sex attractions himself and, when he grows into manhood, ends up in a relationship with another young man simply to stave off the loneliness and fear. Would God completely ignore the vile sexual abuse he suffered in holding him accountable and judging him?

No, God does not place blame on the victim for the abuse but rather their decisions. For example, if a person is physically abused as a child and then become physical abusers of children themselves does it mean that they should continue in it? God is sufficient to heal the wounds others have inflicted on us especially as children. He says it would be better that those who abuse children and cause them to stumble had a millstone put on there neck and thrown into the sea than to deal with His wrath. He takes it very seriously. I believe that God is the only one who can heal those types of wounds inflicted on children and He is SUFFICIENT. But we must lean on Him completely. Not help me do this but rather give it to Him and say I can’t handle it, it’s yours to fix. He will.

I think he made it clear that it doesnt even take that contrived scenario for Jesus to still be able to forgive. There is no bridge too far for his grace. Not all will be saved but he can save any.

There are demons dedicated to making humans homosexual. John Ramirez is one of many sources providing insight. All humans seek love. Some mistake lust for love. So much is thrown at us. Its not an easy walk. We are all being tempted all day long. Its up to us to be strong and courageous. Its up to us to discern. We are all born sinners. God Bless you on your journey.

I was looking for guidance on the sex during menstruation issue. I was reading an article but when I saw it was by John Piper I stopped reading. He believes that God directly determines every evil thing and that Jesus did not die for the sins of everyone. His unScriptural hyper-Calvinism is the last thing I need on top of the general Christian hypocrisy over sexual ethics.

The other way to make it acceptable is thru political force. 11/29 the so-called “Respect for Marriage Act (RFMA)" passed the U.S. Senate. Should the bill pass in both houses of congress, it will codify same-sex “marriage” into federal law. This bill will make it illegal for bakers, photographers and ministers to "discriminate", (and they'll be the first ones targeted if this passes). Even though it goes against our Constitution.

Nothing really to see here. A happily married man with nine children preaches to homosexually attracted people that lifelong celibacy is the only Christian option for them. Of course Dr. Baucham himself could have chosen lifelong celibacy - any heterosexual can - but he is not stupid. He knows it's miserable - lonely, desperate, frustrating, isolating, depressing - and wouldn't touch it with a bargepole. So here is someone who enjoys love, intimacy, companionship, romance and mutuality commanding homosexual people to be on their own all their lives although he wouldn't dream of it himself. No help is offered to a homosexual person taking up this challenge to help him or her cope with what Dr. Baucham does not need to deal with himself.

Homosexuality was recognized by the American Psychiatric Association in their DSM I-IV (diagnostic and statistical manual volumes I through IV) as a developmental disorder and mental illness before being reclassified due to political pressure (and lots of real and threatened political violence) by homosexual activists as normal in the DSM-V. Even if it's natural, it doesn't mean it's healthy. Born that way? It's possible. There's a Blogspot blog called Born that Way about people being sexually attracted to their favorite same sex actors when they were kids. I believe this is due to early mis-imprinting and possible inappropriate exposure to sexual content. Born that way? It's like being born with birth defects. Perfectly natural but not healthy.

I enjoy your presentations however, I can not accept your 'Calvinist belief system.' I believe it is a false doctrine. The Apostle Paul preaches "The Gospel of the Grace of God,' and it does not include the Calvinist view. I'm certain of that fact. You and I cannot have a meeting of minds on this topic.
