Gobble | Moon Fan Fried Rice | How to Make Veg Fried Rice

Oil - 2 tbsp
Ginger - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 2 tbsp
Chili - 1 tsp
Red capsicum - 1/4 cup
Carrot - 1/4 cup
Yellow capsicum - 1/4 cup
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Water - 1 cup
Red chili paste - 1 tbsp
Corn flour slurry - 3 tbsp
Paneer - 250 gm
Spring onion - 1/4 cup
For Rice
Butter - 1 tbsp
Red capsicum chopped - 1/2 cup
Yellow capsicum chopped - 1/4 cup
Purple cabbage - 1/4 cup
Onion chopped - 1 tbsp
Boiled rice - 5 cups
White pepper powder - 1 tsp
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Spring onion - 2 tbsp
1. Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger garlic and chili along with veggies add seasoning chili paste and soy sauce, let it cook for a minute. Now add cornflour slurry to make achieve semi thick gravy. Add paneer mix it well and finish the gravy with some spring onions.
2. Add butter in a heat pan and sauté veggies, as per video. Now add boiled rice put seasoning and soy sauce along with chili sauce, mix it well and keep it aside.
3. Boil water in a pan and a set steamer or dim sum basted with a silicon mat or cabbage leaves at the bottom. Now place veg fried rice on top it wet and gravy on top of rice. Cover the vessel with a lid and let it steam for 10 mins on high flame after 10 mins serve hot.
