GOAT Attachment Movements and Setup

The GOAT Attachment is a 24" Lever Arm that can be pinned into 11 different angles. You can either lift off the pin and use the lever arm or you can pin the tube in so it does not move and add a Step Up Plate for Step Ups, Box Jumps, and more.
The GOAT can do over a dozen movements but only some are shown in the video. The GOAT Fits 1" holes, 5/8" holes, and 3/4" holes due to the threaded pin design.

    too expensive, for that price you can get a decent stand alone plate loaded machine
