The Lady should be made to apply for construction license and build her home again with or without Govt financial help Going for compromise on lawyers advice will put her in ditch if nothing is paid to her .

A billion people next door all want Goan land. This is just the beginning of the end for Goans. We can't stop it. Right here on KZread there are lots of channels advising all Indians to buy properties in Goa. All of Delhi wants to move to Goa to live all trying to escape the cesspool they created. Goa is beautiful because we had law and order, one cannot build anywhere or use corruption to break laws to build where you want before 1961. Those "bad people" in charge before 1961 prevented scams and corruption from spoiling Goa and kept is beautiful. We already seen so much destruction after 1961 especially in North Goa with all these Outsiders coming in and building everywhere. The National Geographic promoted Goa as a paradise in the 1970s, today they promote it as an example of how a paradise can be destroyed because of greed. The German tourists were the first to come and loved the natural beauty. But they soon stopped coming as they couldn't bear to see something be destroyed!!. Outsiders wanted to get in on the act with some of our Greedy Goans tearing up the place and building on every great place out of greed. Corruption was used to get what they wanted without any proper planning for the future. Even Goans like one Catholic priest with his brother from Mumbai demolished their ancestral home and put up blocks of flats which they sold to Outsiders. Greed! Greed! Greed! Every domestic tourist that comes to Goa and then they all decide to buy property in Goa. Indians are wealthy now in the last 30 years and so they have all the money to buy out Goa. Brokers are working a brisk business in Goa like Adv Carlos has just said. They will do anything to get that land. This is our destiny now. This is the joy of being "Liberated". The government's own Statistical Office has predicted that Goans are going to be a minority in their own State in just a couple of years!. Goans think it is bad now, wait until we are complete minority. You can bet to see a lot more demolitions in Goa. Goans have no idea the kind of land scams that goes on in the rest of the country. Goans have had it too good in Goa they will soon see the misery that is coming. This is just the beginning. They are coming for our land and they are determined. According to the information made available by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), it had registered 74 cases of Prevention of Corruption Act against IAS/IPS/IRS officers during the last three years i.e. 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2015 (31.03.2015). Percentage of corrupt IAS officers vary statewise but I can say around 10% are extremely corrupt looking for money in each and every file and all these facilities/perks really don’t matter to them. Next 20-40% are less corrupt as they take money if offered otherwise don’t really harass if bribe not paid. Usually builders, industrialists, etc do offer rather than not as a matter of routine. Others don’t offer as a matter of routine. Another 10% (i.e. total up to 90%) will accept freebies like free cinema ticket, free dining, free vehicle to go somewhere, free hotel stay, etc. Remaining 10% are extremely honest.

Our ecoshi, pomburpa, village almost on the target, but due to strong oppose from villagers, devils from delhi could not attempt to touch forest land. But they may try again.
