Goals for 2022 - 5 New Years Resolutions Ideas
in this video I'm going to talk about my goals (new years resolutions) for 2022. How I plan to achieve them and the habits I want to build.
Have you thought about them? Do you like the whole idea? Hmm. If so... Do you wanna get your sh*t together? Wanna be more organised? Loss weight? (or gain weight if you're skinny like me haha) Travel more? Save money? Get a 2:1 or first for uni? Get AAA for uni? Find your "passion?" Wanna add some spice in your life? (wink wink), or do you wanna find love? Is it to survive 2022?
I understand that some people think new years resolutions are a waste of time because people don't wanna make promises they can't keep, or it's cliche, or maybe you believe that, you don't need to wait for the start of the year to set your goals - why not just set them today?
In my opinion, I think it's good to have a sense of direction in your life, and to channel your energy to the things that are important to you.

I've set 5 new years resolutions myself and you can use that as inspiration for setting your too! I want to motivate you to aim for something or at the very least, inspire you to reflect on your current situations. Are you happy? Are you grateful of 2021? Do you think you can improve on something? Yeah man.
Whatever it may be, write them down and share them with someone you trust. It's nice having someone to hold you accountable for your goals (and vice versa).

YEAH! Good Job Man! One of my new year's resolutions is to spend 365 days without any makeup but have a minimal skincare routine and it's working really well!

Depends on your life ambitions and where you’d like your career to be revolved around tbf. If it’s software related like me, yeah! Maybe computer systems engineering or even computer science or maths or physics are solid choices. Overall tho, Mechatronics gave me a workable and flexible set of skills that would allow me to have more choice (E.g I could’ve gone into mechatronics itself, or accounting, or software engineering, or automation engineer, or mechanical design, or electronics design, systems engineering or tech consulting or teaching… There’s bare). But when I made the decision to do Mechatronics when I was around 17, flexibility in my future options is what I wanted since I had no idea what I wanted to be when I grow up. Some people tho already knew what they wanted to do at that age and they went for the most relevant degree to achieve that. Now I’ve just graduated and with all that in mind, I’d say, yes, Mechatronics is an amazing degree to have! It fit in my story but, you gotta access if it fits in yours😜
is driving one of your new year resolutions I heard a while back from your videos u wanted to get your driving license sorted out?

I would like to drive yeah😂 I need to secure the funds first tho haha. When I secure a source of income and save enough, that’s when I’ll spoil myself with driving lessons😎
