Next you could maybe try a sleeping schedule. Waking up early and going to bed at normal times helps me tremendously at being productive. BEST OF LUCK

I've had to learn how to make goals as well. I would make these grandiose plans with all the skills I've wanted to learn, but this was basically goals I've compiled by looking at other people my age and comparing myself to them. I realized I had to start at where I was, not where I wanted to be. My "small" goals were showering every day and going to sleep and waking up at certain times. I've been doing pretty well and once I build those habits, I will be on to the next! I wish you the best of luck!

Learning to cook is probably one of the easiest goals that you listed. Short form content like youtube shorts / Tiktok / instagram reels have LOADS of recipes you can follow that are designed to be easy and quick. I use instagram and 'save' food reels so that I can access them later so I can order the ingredients online.
