Goalie is an animated short film about a foosball goalkeeper's frustration of being unable to get involved in the foosball action. Due to this frustration his pole breaks. He tries to show that he is meant for more than 'just' a goalkeeper. However, he quickly comes to realize that the goalkeeper position is an extremely important part of the team and game.

That’s not the message: 1. Goalie is bored and uninterested in the game as he feels uninvolved and potentially unimportant to the outcome 2. Goalie leaves his responsibility and chases the ball around the field, but is ineffective against the other team that is operating as a team 3. Goalie learns that his role IS necessary and impactful 4. Goalie returns to his responsibility motivated after understanding his role is important

That's what I like about it. The "dare to he different" message is way overused. This short genuine went in a direction I didn't expect.
