Sonic and Pac-Man ghost girl was a couple or something like that I guess. One day in the evening they started to argue then the sonic (I think his name is Denial) punched the girl and girl pushed Denial from the window then his soul got into sonic game and he is like a ghost in this form .He is neither a ghost tbh because he is trapped in sonic and he cant escape to take his revenge but we will see in next episode
