My experience is extremely bad. Could not enjoy the trip due to very bad behaviour of the staff of the bus. I was travelling with my family. Wish I hired a private car

Bus drivers usually get annoyed if the customers Don't go as per the schedule, people don't return on time ... They even get angry if we eat inside their bus or do littering... We all should understand their state of mind and ignore their behaviour and enjoy.... They are not responsible for the hospitality nd good behaviour... Their responsibility is to show u places and return u back home safely.... If u book a private taxi, then also u can't guarantee that taxi driver will behave accordingly or may be they won't even show u the places properly or overcharge u somehow giving excuses.... Ghumne aaye h to compromise krna hi pdega agr hum middle class ke log h to....

​​​@@Trisha10_0 Whatever u wrote, I know that. But the problem starts when the bus staff goes overboard. Limit se bahar. And tries to humiliate us. They pick up unauthorised people and drop them at uncharted route for their personal earnings. They are so busy doing their business that do not bother to stop at some place for our lunch. We are frequent travellers. But never experienced this kind of insulting behaviour by tour bus driver and conductor before. I cannot depict the whole incident here. But, this much I can say that many more people in future will face this type of ordeal if they travel by this bus. However I have done my duty by narrating the whole incident to the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. Of Goa through email. The Google review has been barred by the bus service so that no body can review the actual ordeal faced.
