We are coming to goa on july 10 next month brother.Will goa be same as it is in on-season or different.Will the pub,shacks,water sports,night life,restaurants be open?Or will it be empty with no vibe brother.Please do clarify this as many ppl are saying goa is’nt worth in off-season(monsoon).Will it be fun visiting as goa is our long dream and its nearing

It’s quite difficult as you can see there is not much access. Best beach is miramar for wheelchair
