Thank you for sharing your experience. I love hearing from someone that is a newbie. I am hoping to go next year. I have start saving my money. I can’t wait until they announce 2025 location. Last year they announced in the beginning of August.

Did you have a room to yourself? I’m introverted and after so much activity, I would be longing for quiet time. If I were to go, I would need a room to myself.

I did not have a roommate so I had the room to myself. I am also an introvert so it was nice to have the quiet downtime.

My daughter and o had a room by ourselves and it was so nice after dc our room was so clutter and I didn’t have a lot of space.

I was in the gym too on Thursday morning early .. thanks for Sharing your experience

Wow thanks Jess!! I’m more excited for matter now! I know what you say about meeting people you call friends now…my husband and I have bees and 4 years ago some YT content creators got together and came up with NAHBE..national American honey bee exhibit..it started with 400 people and this year was over 2500..but we’ve met friends that we dearly live and go on vacation with and they’ve stayed in our home and us in theirs now for several years! There are like 5 couples that we are very close with and tons of others that we talk to on at least a monthly basis now..I think it’s great to meet people that you have something in common with that takes up such a good portion of your life! Jess thanks again for sharing this I’m already making plans for my contact cards and table mate gifts for next year..thinking bee things for my gifts!!🤣💞💕

Thank you! I think that is a pretty good estimate. Maybe closer to $2500. I stayed in a room by myself so the room alone was $1050 and the Go Wild ticket was $750. I paid for my flight with points but the Uber to the hotel and airport parking was about $200. Plus the cost of food, tablemate gifts and clothes I bought. It’s definitely not a cheap trip.

You are a social media person. Did you know people before going? I don't have planner friends. I'm afraid it might be like mean girls, ya know a, "you can't sit with us" kind of thing. I don't know if I would want to go alone.

I didn’t know anyone before going other than some people that I see on zoom calls from being part of ilysse from plan with ilysse patron. It was a little intimidating at first but I met some really wonderful people.
