Hi Chris. Great tour of the lounge. I can see why you and so many people love this lounge. Thanks for sharing and take care.

Thanks James!
That's quite a nice lounge! I like how there are two lounge areas which is more than what I have seen at a couple lounges I have been to.
Man these lounges look so exclusive to me, who doesn't fly that often. I would definitely like to check one out in person at least once in my lifetime.
Nice review - thanks!
Wooo going there next week !!! Thanks for the preview.
Wow this is incredible. It's very luxurious
Interesting! Thanks for sharing! 👍🏻
Always awesome to see someplace nice
If you can get in by having an Amex Platinum, the lounge is not exclusive. The Polaris Lounge is more exclusive because it lets in less people.

Does it let in people who know how and when to use the word “fewer” as opposed to the word “less”?
🤩🤙 - Thanx Chris!

With such high standards to get in... your post is the only way I'll see this lounge! lol! Thanks for posting.

Hah
looks nice, but less fancy than i was expecting. sort of the equivalent of a ‘four star business hotel’ like an omni. even down to those rectangular buffet plates.
I have a 4 hour layover at SFO next week on my way to Honolulu but I won’t be able to use this lounge unfortunately. Looks nice though.
I would say the Polaris Lounge is more exclusive. You need a long haul international business/first ticket to get in, but Centurion lounge only requires the Platinum Card.
Good video. I'm gonna go with the other commenters. I would argue the United Polaris lounge is more exclusive since it's business or better only. Or technically Emirates since that's exclusive to all other airlines and alliances.
I was there in May, I didn’t know it was so exclusive lol. They actually did bring me an eggs Benedict right to me, very nice!

You really don’t understand the product at all. The BLACK Card (Centurion) gets you access to a lot more than that one little waiting area. That is just the staging area. There is a whole private area for Centurion members. You never saw it. Also how can it be the most exclusive club and yet have capacity controls at time……
Wow! Not crowded.
I was here last weekend; Polaris was still closed (I arrived from a transpacific flight, so I decided to try the Centurion while waiting for my connecting flight). The food was horrible, and the avocado toast was disgusting. Drinks and coffee are okay; they serve powder-based scrambled eggs. I was shocked! 😂

Ahh. Bummer
it is exclusive 😎
👍👍👍
Isn't it in Terminal 3?
Did he say terminal 1?!? That’s not correct! It’s in Terminal 3!!
I like American Express. I got silver one not gold.
I can say that I have...walked past it before.😁 No one takes Amex cards. OK the Western Hotel brands do, and maybe fancy restaurants. Lounges are just calories I don't need and one of the main reasons I keep coming back from trips heavier than when I left!🐷
Not trying to be negative but this feels so basic vs the Emirates Lounges I've visited in Dubai and even here in UK.

Hi Mark -- yes. It's basic compared to lounges like that 😀. Lounges in the USA are pretty lame in comparison

@@YellowProductions It's so crazy to me given USA leads the world in so many other spaces and decent lounges can bring in business travellers too. Although I think I read somewhere that a lot of more affluent people in the US fly private instead so that could also partially explain it.
I don’t want membership in any club that is interested in having me as a member!

That "exclusive" section for Centurion card members doesn't look exclusive to me. It looks like the rest of the lounge, but with nobody sitting in it. Even if I had one of those $10K + $5K cards, I don't even think I would sit there. Everyone else in the lounge would know you're some ultra-rich dude (or someone who just wastes their money on such cards) just by walking by and seeing who's in that part. Anyway, my no fee American Express Cards offers no lounge access. That's OK. Eating at the Burger Joint is OK with me.
@YellowProductions

Probably why nobody is sitting in that section 😀
Not exclusive enough. Overcrowded, loud, and messy (too many people for the staff to keep up with). It's not relaxing or fun at all. It's quieter and more relaxing out in the concourse.
Oof not worth the price

I think it really depends on how much you fly.

@@YellowProductions I assume the person was referring to the 10k centurion card. With all the credits on the plat, centurion lounge is basically free.
