What you want? , being bored , emptiness makes you irritable, over consumption is bad, breakthrough via boredom, be with your self, uncomfortable thought,don't fill boredom with crap, listen to harsh thoughts , ask right questions yourself, you will get answer, and search tools, be bored to achieve full potential.

This is very very important especially for the current generation where we are running for someone else's goals. I've always got frustrated when my parents wanted me to become an IAS/IPS/Some big Govt Job etc just because we'll get respect and attention from our relatives/society. Just because of that fake care and respect which will go away when I'm not in that position I'm not going to do it for them or you. I'll do it only if i am really interested and passionate about it. Thank god I have atleast this small wisdom. But recently i had faced big problems because i was constantly putting something in mind searching for answers without knowing what is the actual question i had in mind which i would have got if i had sat still and looked inside rather outside. Due to this i have lost a lot of time and relationships in my life which i regret now and realized this very recently.. Practicing to follow this strictly which is pretty difficult as you said.. Pretty much almost 80-90% of our solutions are inside us itself and not in internet..
