The cups were all filled with water, the trick here is the little one where he drops the "acid" that have a quimical that reacts to water and makes that "acid reaction".

Snoop blew THIS guy's mind by telling him to take his **** and go home because they're not buying his nonsense. I was really impressed with how jaw dropping his wife was though.

@Cerebral but he didn't do anything. What he did wasn't even a particularly impressive magician's trick and breaks down to, like Snoop said, him drinking several glasses of water and acting like his life was in danger. I cringed the way he told the female judge that he got her to pick #3. There are people on the show who train their entire lives to have the skill to pull off some of the things they were doing, some of them risking harm if they mess up. At least his competitor qualified for needing to train for her trick. This guy was a poser, they made the right call sending him home. Probably all the judges felt the same way for him to get that low of a score, Snoop just spoke for them.

@Cerebral what did he do? He had a mystery beaker on the side that reacts when exposed to water. He had isolated dice that he got Rosario Dawson to roll. (Probably loaded, since they were stuck in a beaker.) Told us he might drink acid, then proceeded to drink a few glasses of water. Put on a stressed face for dramatic effect. Told a judge he TOLD her to choose glass 3, which was pretentious and kind of insulting. He didn't do anything dude. Unless your account is owned by like, his Mom or something, not sure why his elimination is something for you to get worked up over. I'm a fan of magic too, but not tricks that fall apart after you think about them for 30 seconds. Like I said, the real mind blowing trick is the 10/10 wife he has.

Call it whatever you want. He should've won this showdown. His opponent goes 1/4 on her throws? They're keeping her either for her rep or her looks, not for performing in the moment. Not a good look, y'all.

At least she did SOMETHING that required actual skill. Honestly, the one shot she did perform correctly was more impressive than what this guy did. Apparently even Snoop Dogg was calling the almighty shenanigans on this guy.

Oh please, there's no acid in any of those cups. The cup he pours the water into has some sort of chemical in it that reacts to make it look like acid.

it is acid most likly, but the cup on the side has the acid.... all of the glasses has water.... so no matter what cup he drink.... its all water....... the acid is in the cup on the side

They didn't show the judgment portion. Snoop basically called him out on this, told him this is the Go Big Show, you can't just come on and drink five glasses of water and go home a winner. They gave him the lowest score we've seen and gave the win to his opposition who messed up on her trick. It was pretty brutal. I just hope his wife doesn't leave him.

@@Dsylxeypanda All the cups had water. The cup on the side likely had some dry ice and some chemicals that have an exothermic reaction with water. The die was rigged to get rid of all other cups but 2 and 3 so he could give his BS story is saying 2 to mentally trick the judge into choosing 3.

Spoiler alert if you haven't seen this, I felt like the judges knew this was fake think about it guys the dice never rolled the same number it just kept going to different ones not once did it have a number that was rolled before.

The real trick is that the beaker on the side had a agent that reacted to water while all the other beakers were just water. There wasn't any danger.

The cup on the side contains acid while all the other cups contains water. If you pour acid into water it doesn't boil like that, but if you pour water into acid it boils. It's basic chemistry. He's just pouring water into acid and not the other way round.

I think there were two chambers

From a magician's perspective the correct answer is the die has a weight to its core based to one side. It will never land on one side. His wordplay at the final 2 allows him to take the correct glass. The woman missed 3 of 4 things to her act. Anyone can toss a damn ball. He deserved MUCH higher. I stopped watching the show after that.

The dude literally did a parlor trick. Every single one of the vials was just water and the one on the side was just a agent that reacts to water. If it takes you 30 secs to figure this out it's not a good trick.

I also love how this guy acted like he was the real deal, and that other mentalists only pretended to do dangerous stuff and that he's doing something that's actually dangerous. Yeah, my ass!

I'm sorry, but I was not impressed with this performance at all. What this guy did was nothing more than a parlor trick. He moved the glasses himself oh, so he knew where the supposed acid glass was. He even admitted to influencing what was picked. And this is even assuming that any of them were filled with acid. There might have been some luck involved with the dye, but that was about it. And again, someone brought this up in his opponents video, but there was no way to prove any of them were filled with acid. Him pouring into that vial was not proof. Even if his opponent missed most of her shots, the one she did make was more impressive than this. I'm sorry, but I agree with the judges.
