I inherited my pots from my Godmother, over 20 years ago. I Love them!

My Mom has had the same set of Revere wear since I was a kid (I’m 61 now). They still look amazing.

I love Donna too! I have roosters also, not as many as Donna, but I have a small house 😊

I have been cooking with Revere Ware for 43 years. I love it.

We were given a set of Revere pots and pans for our wedding in 1979. Still using them. That's what mom had when I was growing up. Great pans.

Everything you have mentioned, same here. Married in ‘77 with the whole set of these pans. Plus I now have my mothers after she passed away. Ketsup on the bottom to shine and alittle SOS pads to clean them up! 😀

Julie, I have been cooking with my revere ware pots and skillets for 44 years and LOVE them. I have over the past years bought many others for a change and always go back to my revere!!

Liked the idea of the indoor/outdoor carpet instead of painting. The basket set it off also with the plant and who even knows it has imperfections. Liked that little corner shelf too that you saw.

Yes, I have had Revereware for 38 1/2 years(as long as we have been married), and they have held up and cooked wonderfully!! Oh, and Julie, I just have to say how much I have enjoyed your channel. I have been binge watching while doing chores, cooking, etc. :)

I think those golf placemats are decorator pillow cases for lumbar pillow inserts. LOL and that dog holds a bottle....whatever bottle you want him to hold!

Hi Julie! I love your videos. They are so fun & inspiring. You do a great job! You are so cheerful and sweet!! I love what you did to your front porch. I have an idea though. Instead of having 2 rugs, you could put your cat coir rug on top of the buffalo checked rug for a layered look. Then people could wipe their feet on it and not get the cloth rug dirty. It would simplify the space for you. Unless they are the same size, then it wouldn't look good.😊

Heyyy Julie, I used to work at Savers. A buyer once taught me that if you look inside a Coach purse and see the large ID tag with it’s name and a long ID#, Google the # and an exact picture of that purse will come up. The hardware should also be stamped with it’s name. You have to know what you’re looking for in the zipper. I hope this helps 🌸

Revereware pans are the best ! My Mother had them throughout her married life. Daddy died in '84, Mama in '93. She brought them for me 47 years ago...still working. Durable and heat reflective. They don't make them anymore. MARCIE from Oregon

Revere Ware is wonderful! I have a vintage coffee stove top percolator from the late 40’s. My in-laws received it as a wedding present. She gave it to me years ago to put in our garage sale. The whole pot is stainless steel ( no aluminum ). I cleaned it up, to where it could pass as new. I decided to keep it. It will be passed on to the next generation after we are gone.

Julie, You are so fortunate to have Goodwill's that are cheap. I live in N.C. and are goodwill's a lot of times are higher than a regular stores. I would love to live in Texas. I love your taste and how God has truly given you a gift for decorating.

When I was growing up my mother had a couple of pieces of Revere ware - a double boiler and a smaller saucepan. In my late teens I started buying housewares for when I moved out and I bought a set of it - medium & small frypans, a large and small pot and a Dutch oven. The lids from the bigger pots fit the frying pans. I also bought a Revere ware kettle to use on the stove. I have since inherited my mothers pieces and thrifted a few more larger pots & a bigger kettle too. What I like about it is that the bigger pots are not heavy to lift and carry when full, like when I’ve boiled potatoes and have to drain them. Quite a number of years ago I was thinking I might buy some new cookware but all the pots were so heavy I just could not imagine using them. I just continued with my Revere ware and have never regretted it.

I have two of my Grandmother's Revere Ware pots with the lids and I love them! They are lightweight, cook evenly, and easy to clean. If you find a set with lids I highly recommend you get them.😊

Hey! I have used Revere Ware (copper bottom only) since the mid 1970's and absolutely love it. Cooks great and no sticking. Cleans easily. I still buy pieces if I see them for a good price in thrift stores. Just discovered your videos and am enjoying them.

Yes, I love those kinds of pans. My mother even had a set too. They cook well because of the copper bottoms. You do have to keep the copper cleaned for them to look their best. I use Barkeeper's Friend to keep the copper looking pretty. Just dry after cleaning so they don't get spots. I love mine. Your front porch looks so pretty. I never thought of using a basket that size for a plant holder. You always surprise me with the different ways you use things. The mug is so cute and useful. I like the mittle cow pitcher next to your coffee maker. The hint of blue is pretty and country. I liked all the things you got. Love your channel. From Texas. 😊

I have had revere ware, but like I bought at a flea market 30 years ago and I’m still using it to clean the copper with steel wool and stainless steel was easy to clean looks just as good done if the ones you pick up need a good cleaning I use one pot for making mashed potatoes every dinner they love them

Almost every thing was 2.29 today. Christmas is my favorite holiday.

I love when you thrift your items and then show how you decorated. I love how you decorate. And I love all the chunky dinnerware as well. Thanks for taking us along Julie and giving us so many great hime.decor ideas ❤

A store donated the overstocked yellow pitchers to all the Goodwills in your area. I have the Revere ware pots and pans with copper bottoms and lids. They are extremely well made and cook and clean up great with a brillo pad for me. I thrifted them about 15 years ago and use them daily. They are just like they were when I first got them.

We got a set of Revere Ware as a Wedding gift in 1980. One of the pans was the same as the one you showed. We are still using them, as our go to sauce pans for small tasks like making a cheese sauce or hard boiling a few eggs. They lasted us for 43 years. Would recommend.

Regard Ware is very good! My sisters mother in law bought her a set at her bridal shower and she still cooks in them 40+ years later! She has added a few pieces like a nonstick skillet and she got moms cast iron but doesn't usually cook with it and except cornbread!

Hey Julie, you and Donna are two of my favorite KZreadrs. I love your thrift haul and the way you decorated with it all. The porch looks wonderful, have y’all tried to pressure wash the concrete that might help. And I also collect the Homer Laughlin platters and love them. What part of Texas are you from? My mother in law had a set of copper bottom Revereware pans and they were really good to cook with. Even distribution of heat and easy to clean.

Yes I grew up with Revereware, they are awesome and I've been collecting them for myself and my daughter-in-law we love them!!

Rev ware is great, I use on daily, I love them had them over 30 years 😊

I have two wing back chairs with ducks and hunting. Very much some of the same colors as the golf one.

P.p.s. thought of one more thing..those cinnamon brooms can hold essentials oils well so you can re scent them.

Love the thrifting items you pick up and decorate/ use in your lovely home. The Holmes air purifier is a very good brand! We had ours for 15 years. Amazon sells filters for it … I would of grabbed it!

I think the dog holds a bottle. I have 2 Revere wear pots and love them. My husband found one on the side of the road years ago while doing his daily bike ride. I've been using it ever since. I already had a lid that fit. He always gets excited when he can bring something home he found.❤❤ Love your front porch, the rug made a great new look.

I think revereware is the best you can have. It regulates heat so well.people just don't take care of the bottoms. Bar keepers friend scoured them well. The dog holds a wine bottle.

My mother - who would be in her 80’s if she were still alive- cooked with 2 types of pans - cast iron and copper bottom revere ware. I use copper bottom - the vintage ones- you need to check for the right markings on the bottom of the pan - revere ware and vintage magnalite pans They cook well , do get hot, and will stand the test of time

Great question Julie. So the earlier pans , circa 1946 , that has a circle and either “process patent” or pat. Pend”. The pans I use are after 1968 and they have a circle with a profile of revere with the words “copper clad” above his head on either side of his head is a 18 and on the other 01. Below his profile it should say “revere ware”. Below “revere ware” will be more words that say patent and a number below that it will say “ made under process patent an another number Also, check the handle it should have a rivets or screws close to the pan body and another screw at the end with the ring Hope this helps. Looking forward to next weeks thrifting expedition. Nd styling

I love how everything you bought looks so great together. Please don't pass up Christmas items that you love. There are more of them at a lower cost right now than there will be when Christmas gets close. I'm sad that you put the Corelle back. I wonder if that woman bought them. It may be hard to find a whole set. Sometimes the thrill is in the hunt. Collect what you can when you find it. Thanks for sharing your trip and haul.

We have Revere pots and pans from 1984. Love them and use them every day! Bar Keepers Friend cleans the copper bottoms up perfectly.
