Chappy Cow because the movie characters that are in existing franchises like gandalf and dumbledore in the lego movie all have different voices, so why would voldemort be any different

The secretly replaced all of Zach Galifianakis' dialog with another voice actor for the movie! (that's why the audio changes for the single short segment of Zach doing a Joker line)
