my grandfather passed away on the 10/02/24 and he was my drive, is my favourite person, i was struggling mentally sm that I couldn't even anymore focus in what i jad mastered is meditation everyday 10 mins in the morning, i felt empty, exhausted but i realised that since my final exams before college start from feb 22 and this time is all I have I've switched off every distraction. I'll give my all in. (This is my mother's a/c)

The mindset is all , you consider it big and you feel like it's big, you consider it small you'll ignore and overcome. I am not trying to argue here but I am saying what happened to me because In the past I considered small problems as big and did nothing but now I consider big problems as small in order to overcome stress and it helps. Stress is just a feeling, try to ignore.
