This early blackwater features a tire changing contest with Super Hunky, if you dont know him, hit google, and also a good riders meeting by Super Hunky. as well as some good pre race interviews, the start and the big downhill, whch can be described as a slightly mild grade.

I remember when I was 11 yrs. old heading to Davis with my parents & that's the 1st time I saw 2 very nice Maico 490's mega 2 & haven't been the same since!!?? Love them BIG bore smokers!!!

I still have this vhs tape, got it from Dirty Harry's in Verona PA. Anyway, just got a KTM 495 to do some vintage racing next year. Wonder if they have any parts down there still? Haha

Look. You just can’t suddenly throw on footage of Vic Krause’s melon without first showing a warning or some sort of disclaimer. That scared the hell out of my kids who were watching along. That was terrifying.
