I love how, when he Is on the basement he's like "what's the meaning of this room existing if there is no normal entrance" meanwhile i'm like "buddy the entrance is on the other side, there is a trap door up there!!"

I loved when then librarian said " it's librarian time." To all those evil baby's. He continued to use horror baby to banish all of the evil baby minions. This is truly one of the most Gmod exploration.

Hey, I requested this map a while back! It's easily one of my favorite maps on the workshop, but there are a few things you missed: The fireplace can be turned on All the sinks and the oven can also be turned on There's a breaker in the basement that you can open to disable the power (which can only be done if the generator is on) There's a ladder in the basement near the blue cabinet that leads into the hallway While the power is on, there are a few other things you can do in the sauna room with the machine in the corner The garage doors can be opened and closed Most if not all cabinets in the map are interactable I'm not sure why none of the doors would open, as far as I know that's not intentional, so it might be a problem with VR unfortunately. The radio should also be able to turn on even without power so I'm not sure why that wouldn't work either also love the content keep it up

one of my favorite details is that the vents are filled with smoke if the sauna is on causing them to burn anyone inside.

This is one of those maps I would absolutely sleep in with a VR headset on. This has got to be one of the coziest maps in Gmod.

the breaker which you needed to flip to get the power back on was in the basement. You also kept missing the trap door in the basement as well.

This resort looks pretty cool, i would totally chill here. Maybe not go out during night but still, might make for a awesome camp ground as well.

You can also open/close windows, including the skylights in the attic! It's quite easy to miss I admit. You can even open/close the folding curtain things (I forgot what they're called) since you mentionned how spooky it is to have pitch black windows staring at you, so there's that. There's a few more features still. I don't know if they'd be considered spoilers so... be warned! That tiny secret attic room has a secret door that leads to the regular attic. Nothing too special but it's there I guess. My favorite feature is the toilet! You can flush down props and they'll find their way to that sewer thing. I found it out by myself by flushing down the radio and then following the music... I also flushed down the fishies from the aquarium but we don't talk about that.

I think Librarian missed a door like the one in the closet that leads to the attic. It was in the basement and most likely would be the main way into the basement from the house.

There’s a snowy night/day, stormy, and daytime version of this map. And there is access to the basement you looked at it many times but didn’t notice it, it’s a ladder. And a fake wall in the attic to get to the second attic.

I love your comfy videos, I thought you were done with these because of how many horror maps and games you played, really glad you're bringing it back for fall, probably one of the best times for creepy/comfy videos

This is one of my favorite maps because of how cozy and beautiful it feels.

32:44 I play this map a lot, so I know everything. Why I tagged 32:45 is because the breaker is right in front of you. When you restart the generator, you must turn in the breaker. And there is a way into the basement. It’s a hidden latch in the main entrance room beneath the painting adjacent to the door on the ground. I was screaming at my monitor while watching this hope the librarian finds it. Lol

I recommend GM_Stormy_night. It's not a big map, but it's perfect for this vibe.

The mystery house in the mountains. I love it! That spot in the attic with the big windows is so perfect.-This is a great map! My vibe.

Was anyone else desperately wanting to say "look at the ladder & trapdoor!" when he was in the basement? No, just me? Ok.... Very interested to try maps like this in games like Gmod, or better yet some actual VR hangout games like VRChat, Chillout VR, or Neos VR

You weren't the only one, so don't feel lonely in such idea! This is indeed a lovely map, never heard it, hadn't done anything in G-mod for.. A long while actually!

It's a long shot, but it would be awesome to see Librarian do a playthrough of Outer Wilds. It fits the channel theme spectacularly well, with the comfyness of your home planet and creepiness of, well, uh... let's just say space in general.

this Map is a true Loveletter, to Me at least. it has a godlike aura which I Love. I have gotten so many Memories on here too. It's a timeless work of pure beauty. it will forever be better than any map I can make.

Finally a map i explored before you! it was one of my first maps and i loved the vibe. the back porch looking out to the mountains and the moon had me in place for probably 30 mins. this map is a prime example of how good maps can be in vr. great video as always!

Outer Wilds!!! I would absolutely love to hear you explore that game! Definitely the most creepy/comfy experience I've ever had in a game!

i love this map, glad to see other people enjoying it as well! Sad that some of the doors didn`t work in vr as well as the radio, but that`s how it goes i guess. A couple of missed features, you can open and close all the blinds and a lot of the windows (including the skylight in the attic), if you press use on the inside of the fireplaces they do actually light up (which also causes smoke to come out the chimney), and if you turn on the machine in the sauna room (while the lights work lol) it gets steamy! Oh and you can access the basement via a hidden trapdoor in the entrance landing (it's easier to find if you climb out of the basement first using the ladder by the old tv). And if you continue up the path by the tunnel and past the bench, there is also a gazebo. And the torches by the pool light up. I don't know anything about reading in vr, but there is a mod for gmod which allows for placeable tvs that can watch youtube videos, and this is one of my favourite maps to do it on.

I love how comfy this place is. For gameplay though, I was thinking it'd work well for a couple residents to try to catch someone sneaking in.

You should explore Union City and South Side, these are maps supposed to be full of players, but creepy and comfy when empty. Try that!

I enjoyed this, I did along some other people notice you missed a few things but thats fine since you have a sorta mind adrift route when wondering in these maps and thats something that I love when it comes to some of your videos. Also to the door thing, it may be the doors not being functional in vr, perhaps if you tried the contect menu or something or even a workshop item that allows you to use the force as a weapon (I mention this because you can open, close, lock and unlock doors with this addon. Perhaps that could also solve your vr opening doors problem with the sadness of having to switch from flashlight to it.) I believe my first experience for this map was watching someone roleplay with a nextbot. Its story was comfy at start but it had vibes of creepy in which as the story kept going kinda rotated those feelings making it more creepy then comfy. I think with this map using atmos or stormfox is an amazing experience as well with its day and night cylce, and with stormfox it really helps deliver on all experiences of the map with its snow effect (not as good as the official snow map but still a great experience), its night and day with even the transition for both of them. I would recommend coming back to this not for a video if you think the things that could be experienced that are left isnt worth being a video but I will say experience the map with stormfox. Perhaps you could even find a way to read and then it will all fall together perfectly! XD Keep up the great videos though. CX

I’m curious if you’ve played Gone Home. It’s got exactly that vibe of walking through a dark and unfamiliar house, turning on the lights as you go. I kind of wish you could turn off the main story so you can focus on the atmosphere without the voiceovers taking you out of the moment. The house is definitely both comfy and creepy.

A real creepy comfy vibe that I’d like to see more from your good videos and from video games in general that I also would think be a good return to form is the comfort of being in a car juxtaposed to creepy things happening on the outside of the car

You missed the entrance to the basement and also the power box in the basement which is what controls the power in the house!! Also the taps have running water, the water is actually controlled by a pipe valve that you can turn off and on which is pretty cool. You also had an issue with the doors, that was just vr gmod being buggy as you actually explained to us in another video while having the same issue! Great video as always!

I used to play this map 2 years ago and I would get the Madagascar penguins and go to the basement and set nukes off outside and survive with them.

Generator can be disabled from the outside... I mean, in here any jerk can go to the pole in front of the house and just flip the switch off as well... and this is an urban area haha There is a ladder that goes up on the basement/sauna, you can close the blinds, the doors do work as well as turning the power on/off, probably just VR breaking it somehow.

feels like youre trying to sell the house to yourself. I would love this house and with that hydrogenerator i could leave the lights on becaouse im scared in the dark

I’ve been reading in VR for awhile! I tend to use something like Desktop VR. You just have to have a headset with decent resolution. Anything after Vive is good

Ovr toolkit adds windows in your vr view, I use it to watch KZread while playing games, you can easily read a document in it, streamers use it for live chat in vr

whenever a map title ends in _night you know its going to be good

OHHHH I remember this map from a guy who did a nextbot video, he had a little story to it

Just a suggestion for a game, you should play Microsoft flight sim (or any other flight sims) in really rough weather conditions. Flying in a storm is quite terrifying but also comforting, you should try it.

If your PC can handle it then use a csm mod while in vr to make lighting look better

i can recommend atmospheric house, its a pretty incomplete map so i wouldn't review it just yet. but just in your own time just look at whats there. because what IS there is great.

These hidden rooms remind me of the Dens from Doug Rattman in the Portal games.

Using an oculus you can open a tab on top of what you are playing essentially leaving some sort of tablet at your view whith whatever is open in it. You could read that way

Ohhh, wait a moment...no way. I actually saw this map recently while watching someone else's gmod video, they made a horror movie short that was actually pretty good. Let me trawl my YT history...Yeah, it was 'Garry's Mod HORROR NEXTBOTS' by AbsoluteAndrew, I was on a kick looking into some nextbot stuff. Was surprised to find a silent horror short mixed in. Now to see Librarian going randomly through the same house, hah. What a coincidence.~
