The scary thing is that if Earth's Combine divition was able to defeat Liberty Prime, imagine how easy the main Combine army would do it, and after that they would rebuild it but better and use it on (most likely the BOS) who deployed it against it

Earth doesn’t have a combine division. The combines are aliens. Have you even played Half-Life? Also if it was in your mind Earth forces then that would make Liberty Prime evil, which he is not. Or at least made not to made to be evil. I imagine that he could be maybe used for evil? Anyway I don’t want to come off as mean, I would just like to point that out. Anyway have a great day!👍🏻

Two problems with that. 1. Forces you see here are more of a ‘prison guard’ army meant to stop rebellions and keep a population under control. The real combine army is ridiculously more deadly. 2. The combine appeared at every major city and military base on earth and no military on the planet would be able to mobilise any significant resistance at that time since they would be destroyed in minutes. Really most of the war would be people attempting to hide from the combine and attempts at peace negotiations. In fact, I doubt that there is a lot of sci fi universes that would win a fight against a combine invasion. It’s unfortunate we can’t see the invasion forces.

@@GodofWeird I mean, the orks are basically unstoppable... not to mention the fact that 40k would have a hell of a time stomping the combine. They might prove a bit of a threat to a single faction, but breaking into 40ks world.... not possible. Teleportation? Well, they got that. The eldar alone HAD the ability to literally wish weapons into exsistence, and they still got wiped out by demons. And it's not that the orks would win... it's that they wouldn't lose. The orks breed too quickly, and are too naturally resilient to be wiped out completely. You'd have to nuke the whole planet to truly end them.

I still believe that the 40K universe would have a hell of a time with the combine. seeing how the combine integrates other organisms into its armies like the Vorts and humans, and optimising them to be as effective and cheap as possible, I don’t see how the combine couldn’t just capture a few orks, learn how they work and proceed to mass produce them along with anything else they encounter. I’ve looked a bit into 40K lore and it’s brutal place to be, but I could easily see the combine at least holding their ground if they were ever to come considering their dimentionfulls of resources at their disposal. Seeing how the combine seems to work, it wouldn’t be far fetched that the combine wouldn’t mind obliterating a planet unless it contained something valuable and that it could throw hundreds of billions of soldiers to destroy something, and if it isn’t worth it, just forget about it. Like I mentioned before, during the 7 Hour war, combine forces appeared in every major city and military base on earth in portal storms(which by themselves could wreak havoc in a city), and earth wouldn’t even be able to react before any semblance of resistance could be formed. If the combine employed the same tactics with the sudden surprise attack everywhere on a planet, an unprepared military may as well be no military at all. FTL is a big problem for the combine and is easily the main reason it might be unable to take control of the galaxy. Even then, as shown in half life, it didn’t take too long for teleport prototypes to be built. Therefore it would also not be too difficult for the combine to reverse engineer warp technology, and therefore whatever technology is used by said faction.

In reality liberty prime would get rekt by the combine

To be honest, I'm not sure if anything can defeat the entire Combine. I love my boi Eli, but the Borealis MUST be used. The Combine will return to Earth, and if the Borealis is as powerful as Kleiner describes, it's humanity's only chance against the Combine, both for defending the planet, and going on the offensive.
