Obviously some would . The. Compressor truck is I think a hard to find example as is the bolster unit , the remainder are plain cargo type there are still the most common truck available ,since they were the most numerous . Yes it would be Nice to just see them rolling on a road , there are so many videos of that . In the end you can do as you like with your own . How many Ford coupes have been turned into rat rods and hot rods . I 've seen a number of surplus yards with dozens of CCKWS just sitting and rotting away , unloved unwanted . By now many have been cut to pieces for their scrap metal .

Those are some tough trucks I hope you restore them at some point

We are in trouble if you are "off road drivers"---stick to your x-box & plat stations---you wouldn`t make a pimple on a real drivers ass.

Perhaps you would prefer to see them in a dusty museum ! This is what they were built to do. Fair play to the owners for sharing them with us.

True I d would like to see them treated a little more kindly , to save them for the future but the owners know the risks of breaking things
