Yes, definitely I'll help in someway or the other. But both exams are different remember that. GMAT is specific to Business School Applications and the GRE is more generic.

Hello thanks for the information. This was super helpful! If i prepare for GMAT + do a lot of vocabulary and english idioms daily would that suffice for GRE prep as well? The testing patterns are different, i agree but does GMAT prep aid for GRE as well ergo can one manage to give both exams (first GMAT and then GRE)?

@@Kashikagudwani typically it is not recommended to take both exams. The pattern is different. You're being tested on different things. Ideally, you do your research first and pick an exam. Then proceed with preparing only for that one exam.

You surely can convert your GRE score to a GMAT score The GMAT score equivalent of 330 GRE score is 730 However correlation does not guarantee linearity.
