    Hi sir I appreciate your work but just want to tell that u dnt have do matlab for getting those plots directly u can plot in cadence itself. After getting all operating point parameter go to results browser there u will find "gmoverid " parameter right click on it u will have option "Y vs Y " select that and click on "vgt" (Vgs- Vth) u will get plot for (gm/Id vs Vov). similarly u can get plot for ft which nothing but "fug" in operating point parameters list.

    Hi Hafeez, Could you please make a short video on how to decide/set the W/L ratio of a MOSFET for a given circuit. Please consider a simple circuit and calculate W/L ratio, would be of great benefit for us. Thanks

    Hi Hafeez, I would like to know what is the correct value of VDS to obtain the correct curves for each transistor in a 130nm CMOS, where the maximum voltages for these transistors are 1.2V? Thank you !!!
