GM of the year with a team that is hard not to like. There's a consistent theme of humility plus confidence there, plus the willingness to do what is asked, no matter what. Team of destiny? I loved the Patriots all those years, but this team is lights out on many levels. Best of luck, can't wait to see the boys do their thing with Tom at the helm.

This conversation is so enlightening. Bucs are going up against the most formidable opponent you can think of in Super Bowl LV. We may be in for a beautiful game, and we have a chance. You've got to respect your opponent, and then go for the throat. Every player and every coach will have to give their best. The prize is there, but it won't be easy.

Jason Licht Thank you for being a GREAT person who cares for the underdog! Your reaction when peter king was on his condemnation of AB was telling of your character to help redeem another individual who may have not made the wisest of choices. You are VERY MUCH a part of the Bucs success - May the LORD GOD RICHLY BLESS YOU and your Family and those you care about.

It's a tough job and it is possible to misjudge how a character/player will do at the next level with grown men. But yes, Jason and his staff hit it out of the park. Winfield, Wirfs , Johnson and Miller, I cannot believe they grabbed all that youth and then Brady, Gronk, Fournette and Antonio. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??

I find it amusing when casual fans say the Bucs roster is just a bunch of Free Agent signings. It’s so laughable. A majority of our team is draft picks. Jason does a fabulous job adding talent through drafting (Mike Evans, Godwin, Rojo, Marpet, Devin White, Vea, entire secondary, etc, ) and Free Agency/ Trades (Brady, Jensen, JPP, Shaq, Gronk, Fournette, etc). A GM should explore both avenues and Jason does that. We are in excellent hands once Brady retires. This roster is set for years to come after Brady and Brady + Arians have changed the culture here.

Hey Peter King I think you're off base by saying, it was nobody's fault Tom Brady left new England. It was Belichick who didn't want Brady two years ago. Just look at the contract he offered Brady. Plus the Garoppolo pick . But Kraft could have stopped it and he didn't. I've heard for years Brady was a system QB. So I did the research. Here's what I found. Coach Belichick has a 40% winning percentage as head coach without Brady. But he has a 70% winning percentage with Brady. Funny thing Bruce Arians has a 70% winning percentage with Brady. Belichick is a good coach no doubt but Joe Gibbs won 3 super bowls with 3 different QB's, that's never even talked about. Good players make good coaches most of the time.

I mean really. What does bill detailing or not in his road to a super bowl pertain to this. Tampa is in the Super Bowl with Brady and gronk and the Patriots with Newton are not. Saying some shit on a podcast doesn’t mean shit. Jason is speaking on his opinions and personal experience of this season, because bill hasn’t done that doesn’t make him anymore special. And as of not doesn’t make him special now. Everyone asked the question at the beginning of the season. It seems to me as if Brady had it more figured out. He’s a player. He is In The field. He ultimately has the say on the play. Again he is in the super bowl. Patriots are not. Look it up. Brady is more successful without the bill than bill is without Brady. If you look at that, which one would do better without the other is 2+2.

Tom told Godwin for the Jersey, he'd get him a ring. He's also said Godwin has the best hands of any receiver of any receiver he's played with. And with all those passes Tom threw to him, and all those good words, Tom probably increased his next contract value by over $ 10 million. Poor Godwin, he'll be crying all the way to the bank. Receivers should have numbers in the twenties and eighties anyway.
