15:52 I feel like this position needed a bit more explanation. After Nc4 Qc7, Re1 it's important to note that black doesn't have ...b5 (trying to kick the Knight away from c4) because white has Ne5. The move b5 open up the h1-a8 diagonal and the bishop on g2 now pins the knight on c6 to the rook on a8 which makes Ne5 possible. So after Nc4 Qc7, Re1 black decides to go for ...Bd7 and now white plays Rc1 (pinning the knight on c6 to the Queen on c7) and once again, black doesn't have ...b5 because the white knight simply goes to e5 and the black knight is pinned in two different ways. These are the kind of minor nuances that make this kind of play possible, it's a lot more concrete than White just "...taking over the half open and open files" Someone (like me) could been wondering why black doesn't just play b5 after Nc4 so I figured it out and decided to share. Gukesh had to have seen this to go for something like this so I think it's important to emphasize these nuances. Great lesson💯 I've been binge watching this channel for a while now🤧😂 thanks for the free resources. EDIT:- He does touch on this later down the line 17:35

Dynamics in music is the change in volume between notes. Is dynamics in chess the change in structure between moves?

24:00 Taking the pawn on a3 isn't just bad for black, it's a total disaster😂 ...Rxa3?, Nc5 (hitting the hanging bishop and e6 pawn) now how do you defend the bishop? ...Qc8 fails to Nxd7 Qxd7, Bxc6 (winning the knight on c6 with a skewer on the Queen and Rook on d7 and e8) ...Bc8, Bxc6 just hangs the knight on c6 ...Rd8, Nxd7 Rxd7, Bxc6 again just hangs the Knight on c6. Maybe I'm missing some defensive resource but black is toast.
