Not total ATP 8 6 NADH two sidely use NADH in NADH 3 ATP so total 6 and 2 ATP use so total 8 😊

No in glycolysis 1 NADH2=2 atp so nadh2 produce 4 ATP,4 ATP by cycle so total 8 ATP 8-2=6 so total 6 ATP are produce during glycolysis

See question 23 Both Mg++ and K+ are required. In other steps of glycolysis, only Mg++ or Mn++ is required but for the last step where enzyme pyruvate kinase works, Mg++ and K+ both are required

No both is not required in the last step .Only Mg2+ is required. Both is required in 9th step where enzyme enolase is used.

In MCQs no 2... It's fructose 1,6 bisphosphate not fructose 1,6 diphosphate. There is difference between diphosphate and bisphosphate. Sorry dear but it is just for the correction.

No hexokinase toh Glucose ko Glucose-6-phosphate me change krta h na..... yahan toh Fructose-6-phosphate ki baat ho rhi h.....
question 16 = one water is expelled by Enolase..... no water molecule is used during glycolysis, please correct yourself

and please stop saying NADH2, it is NADH+H+ NAD+ can't accept 2Hydrogen atoms..... FADH2 is correct word but NADH2 doesn't make any sense.
4th question is wrong..... one ATP is utilised, if you are asking that how much ATP are utilised in glycolysis / glucose breakdown then Answer will be 2
