What a great idea! Does the glycerine leave an oily or sticky feel? Does the color rub off?

no, it just feels really smooth and the colour doesn't rub off. Magic!
Does the ink/glycerin combo dry on the paper??

It does. Leaves the paper velvety and soft.
Like your technical. Giving me ideas. My request is to please stay in view of camera, you're half way out of view.
