Recipe:
3 medium or 200 g carrots.
Great the carrots.
Zest of 1 orange.
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
3 eggs.
Vanilla.
Walnuts 1 cup.
chop the nuts with a knife or throught a meat grinder.
You can use any nuts you like.
I leave some for decoration.
1 cup oatmeal.
50 gr of favourite nuts.
Baking powder 10 gr.
Add vegetable oil and mix well.
Pour the dough into the mold.
🔥Bake in an oven preheated to 180⁰C for 45-55 minutes.
Cream cheese 1 cup or 200-250 g.
Spread the cream on top.
Decorate with nuts.
