Gluten Free Crinkle Cookies Recipe | Christmas Baking
I am actually OBSESSED with these gluten free chocolate crinkle cookies! Imagine if a cookie had a baby with a chocolate brownie and that's basically what you've got here. The easiest recipe ever, great for making with kids and perfect for a gluten free Christmas. Dairy free too.

INGREDIENTS:
65g cocoa powder
190g caster sugar
60ml vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract (sub for orange or peppermint extract if you like!)
175g gluten free plain flour
¼ tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp baking powder
3-4 heaped tbsps icing sugar

You didn't give the mesures of ingredient: How much sugar, coco powder, oil, flour and yeast???

This didn't work for me as written. I had to double the oil (60 to 120) and eggs (2 to 4) and they barely spread, at all. Nothing like in the video.
