Hi Mike, My mum 86 (Ireland), loves these exercises. Her balance has been totally be restored with your seniors balance exercises. Im going to get her going on this video now.
I was wondering if there are any new 60-minute workouts for seniors. My 96-year-old mom-in-law who lives with us and her sister loves to do your workouts, and I especially love the 60 minutes workouts. She is still going strong and we are grateful for you sharing these longer workouts. Thank you.

I needed these today. It’s been over a year, but I’m slowly getting my muscles back. Torn calf muscle. I will find out in a few days, physio appointment, if I can do more strengthening exercises. It’s been a long boring year! Thank you.

I have trouble with my resistance bands they roll up on me and cut into my legs when I use them. I need to buy these don’t see them rolling up. Just can’t wait to try these exercises out.
Another great routine Mike! I already do these movements, but with the resistance band will take them up a notch. Just placed my order for the bands. Will review again after trying them.

Hi Mike, I just received my bands and went through the routine. I could do all the exercises with the lightest band and a few I switched to the middle band (calf raises; seated glut step outs; and bridges). Loved this, it really worked my glutes.

Well we have seniors cards & other benefits for seniors - so I don't have a problem with it but there again I'm 85 ! Haha
Not sure of the best place to ask this but here goes. Could you please make a recommendation for the best video(s) of yours to help my 86 y.o. mom? Context: Long ago Gluteus Medius complete detachment from hip. Thereafter had a Trendelenburg gait and used a cane. Disuse++ led to dramatic muscle loss (v difficult to rise, stand, walk, stairs etc.) and now a severe compensatory/reactive scoliosis, resulting in ipsilateral low back pain (QL?? tightness/spasm) which is the most disabling and distressing of everything. This, of course, makes the "exercising" I'm urging her to do both painful and difficult. Everything makes this low back muscle "burn" (ipsilateral to the complete GM tear). Could you please help me find the best video of yours to recommend to her to strengthen/stabilize her pelvic drop which I'm certain is the cause of the back pain as it struggles to keep her upright by shifting her centre of gravity? I've been trying several of your "core" and "leg" strengthening videos - most of which, to this point, need to be done while seated but she is getting a bit stronger. I feel like I'm not targeting the right areas as the extreme back pain from this overworked muscle is not improving at all. Could you suggest perhaps a more appropriate video(s) in light of this story? Do you have any that target a GMed tear, for eg? Thank you so much.

You can Jacki. It's not as easy, but by looping/tying it around you could get a similar effect.

I love your exercises, I’ve followed you for a few years now. The only thing which bugs me is being called a senior. It’s becoming a widespread term for my generation. I know it’s meant to be polite, but I find it patronising and would prefer ‘older adults’. I doubt that it will catch on though. 😕

I appreciate the instruction, but you should know that it is really annoying to be told what " great work" I'm doing. We may be "seniors" but we know you can't actually see what we're doing. Maybe it's just me. 🤗
