Hi Brigita, lovely to see your vlog! You look fantastic, really inspiring from health, beauty to religion (belief). It's wonderful how you have grown as person and changed over years and i still love to watch youuu. On dental hygiene - brush, floss, interdental brush and aingle tooth brush... I know, crazy, but im still wondering about water pick, just it may be one too many at this point. And even with all these daily steps i still dont have perfect smile haha😂 yours looks better, look after it, teeth is investment but cannot be replaced and most beautiful teeth are the natural ones 🎉❤

Hi Brigita! Nice to see you again. I thought you were living in the USA, but back in Dubai I see. Dental hygiene, I have to use the small brushes in between the teeth to clean (dentist told me), but I prefere the small thin wooden sticks. I bought a new electric toothbrush but sometimes prefere a normal toothbrush. Have you lost weight, your face looks smaller and your figure too?

Hi Deborah! Yup, I’m back from the USA, spent there only 3 months:) I also like to switch between electric and normal toothbrush, so I can totally relate! And yes, I lose about 20 pounds, just cut out alcohol and started focusing on a bigger amount of protein intake. x

@@deborahbloem1325I’m also wondering how she isn’t feeling home sick. I’m staying abroad and every day thinking how much I missed my home country and family, especially when parents getting older and meeting them only twice a year 😢

So you know the feeling. Hopefully you will be going back someday to your home country. Living near your parents when they grow older is a blessing for both sides I guess. @@MaiDubaiii
