Actually its 16-17 for puberty but emotionally for girls its 32 for boys emotionally is 43 and puberty end at 18 for boy well around

@@FAIRYILOVEYOU you grow till you're around 20 or 21 and your brain finishes around 25 but I don't know if the brain is the same for men and women. Puberty does have differnt stages and can last to 16 to 21 it's differnt for everyone but your body grows till 20 or 21.

hey girl quick tip on the softymo cleanser, all oil based cleanser can clog ur pores!!! as long as u make sure to double cleanse with a water based cleanser after, ur pores shouldnt be clogged >_O

@@michelle5952hi, i would recommend adding salicylic acid into your routine (cleanser, toner) for bumpy skin instead of an oil cleanser because that can make it worse!

i can give u my 2 cents :) if u struggle with anxiety and depression like me, if u dont properly prepare ur gonna be in hell. being in a new place triggered my anxiety so bad that i had to go to urgent care multiple times bc i kept on passing out from not eating (appetite went to 0 from stress), so make sure u have any meds that u need on hand! figure out your safe foods. make sure you know how your health insurance works, and know which hospitals and dr offices around u take it. buy ibuprofen, allergy meds, bandages, thermometer, etc. realize that it's not the end of the world if you start out alone, it usually takes ppl months and multiple friend groups to find the ones that stick, so if ur fall quarter friendship group implodes by the middle of winter, dw, it literally has happened to everyone i know. make sure you call your parents at least once every week and keep them updated on your life so they know how to best support you. if you don't have a car, make sure you know how the public transportation system around your college works. if you need to, get a bike with a cable and good lock. make sure that you and your roommates are respectful of each other's spaces & MAKE SURE TO EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE!!!!! if they're terrible u can always switch rooms! DO NOT DATE THE FIRST PERSON YOU MEET. DO NOT DRINK/SMOKE FOR THE FIRST TIME WITH STRANGERS WHO DON'T RESPECT YOUR BOUNDARIES. please don't cheat on your tests/quizzes/hw and don't use chat gpt bc it's easy for colleges to catch offenders of both. please for the love of god bring and wear shower shoes. and make sure to attend all your lectures, mandatory discussions, and labs. write them all down in your google or apple calendar with reminders for 30 mins before each class starts, and know where your classes are before the first day of instruction. um idk what else to say but ya this is my personal advice :)) good luck u got this!!!

Btw!! Idk if you know this but "the blackheads" on your nose might actually be sebaceous filaments that can't be extracted with clay masks but can be treated with retinoids and tretinoins. :)

salicylic acid is your best friend for blackheads! you can get it in cleansers, masks or even just septerately as a serum. just be mindful of any other acids you might be mixing with. i feel you on the reluctance about the change. i live in the UK and i’m going to my first year of university. will definitely be scary living on my own but also so fun. i think change can be an amazing thing

I always found chemical exfoliators rly help minimise the appearance of pores (especially on my nose), usually i go for lactic acid exfoliator from The Ordinary , BUT i will say that you definitely need to apply sunscreen during the daytime when you are using it during the night since it makes ur skin more sensitive to sun (if you have this then look for BHA acids instead of AHA/lactic acid) Also look out for AHA and BHA in the names or descriptions of products (lactic acid) Hope this helps anyone reading!

As a 19 y.o turning 20 soon let me tell u something. I'm starting my sophmore year today and only NOW am i *kinda* feeling like an adult. The whole "brain develops when ur 25" thing is only true for some people, for some people it develops sooner (according to my psych. prof). You may feel more secure next year or it may take 4 years, we go at our own paces.

im going to uni next month. working hard to glow up so i can be mysterious

i have the worst blackheads!! the only thing that has been helping with the appearance is cosrx blackhead power liquid and putting that on my nose daily or every other day and making sure to scrub my nose longer with my cleanser everyday.
