I use my hands then go in with a damp beauty blender to soak up extra foundation and it is seamless and skin like. Lasts all day . No touch ups . It’s actually super good.

It’s comparable to nars light reflecting . We got it. My daughter likes it but it’s sheer. I prefer the glossier as it’s not as “skincare “ based and more like traditional foundation . Depends what you prefer ! The glossier is thicker and more full coverage. Lasts all day . REM doesn’t last all day cuz it’s more sheer and ingredients are more skincare based .

I have very dry, mature skin. I am a fan of Glossier products and I will have to try this. Thanks for such an in-depth review!

Was so curious to see how this foundation would wear! I would say it looks pretty good even though it transfers, would be a good option for everyday wear especially since it has skincare benefits 😍

Glossier has always had limited wear if you're using it on its own. Pairs much better with sticky primer and setting powder in the t zone. I think you'd be really impressed if you tried those with it!

Am I nuts or do you have one green eye and one blue eye? I have been following you for years and have never noticed just how pretty your eyes are but in all fairness I tend to "listen" to YT videos more than watch them. I have to say that the shades in this foundation are not very good for light neutral skin (I believe I have a similar skin tone to you and that's my usual foundation shade description). I got the L2 ("light neutral") and it's very yellow. I even went to Sephora for a shade match and they thought it was as close to a match as I was going to get. I do think that mixing the VL4 and L4 would work best, but buying and mixing two shades is less than ideal.

Thanks for mentioning the smell.. I CANT wear perfumed anything because of migraines.. and I used to love perfume.. sad face.. 😂

I would personally use less product. It’s very high coverage and you need very little. My skins normal and I don’t get this oily. Application is key. Less is more and use a beauty blender. My glossier doesn’t transfer either. I use Laura mercier on top and it looks like my skin. Try beauty blender and Laura mercier . Setting is better for this not finishing powder. I don’t have issues with it at all. And if you feel oily use blotting papers and touch up with true setting powder.

Seems old fashioned fingers, sponge or yes, dense foundation brush, works best….

Pardon my intrusion….have you had your thyroid checked lately? …..you may want to get a thyroid antibody blood test…..your beautiful neck appears a little swollen….BTW, I LOVE YOUR REVIEWS!

I love you but it kind of drives me crazy that you always mix colors. Turns a $34 foundation to a $68 one. Same for blush, bronzer etc. Most people can’t buy two of everything
