Mersana is stuffing herself with sweets. Doctor said she shouldn’t have them. Her hair is dirty and tangled. Those clothes look terrible on her. She needs to be bathed and dressed.

Akram’s sister usually takes care of the girls. Akram is as spoiled as Marsana. That child really does need a good bath. And, those clothes were gifted to Hassan, but somehow Akram gave them to Marsana.
