I totally agree with way you composed the state of the gospel songs of today. Maybe I am wrong about it my opinion is the young ones do not worship from the heart notice you don't feel no sense of worship from the song's I just know that the foundation of praise and worship should be deep in the heart anywhere else to me is almost pointless I hope I did not disturb all faithfull seekers of truth GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS AND FOREVER

Yes, some part of the journey is difficult but the Lord who brought you safe thus far will bring you to the end. The Lord gave me this scripture about 10yrs ago while I was on fasting regarding hardships I had - "And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it. Luke 9:23-24 KJV Self denial is when you put what God wants over what you want - When you want something real badly but you have to come out of God's Will to get it you have to reach deep inside and deny yourself of it even though it's hard
I love these old time gospel songs, been listening all day, remembering the days grandma took us to church and brought we up in the fear of the Lord, I'm still basking in his salvation and I pray I will make it into his kingdom, bless your name Jesus, remember me and keep my footsteps on the narrow path you need me to take, amidst the trials n tribulation I face daily, just keep giving me strength.

Amen Amen.Many year ago I realized real spiritual anointed gospel song put at back or outside the gospel arena.Realised the desire late now to make a studio special for recording gospel song,only Bible based and or one encounter with Jesus and His word.I know it would be war but I know my Jesus is a mighty warrior and He intercede for us.Most people heard my desire said I would have to mix to be successful. I know my God would proof them wrong.

What a glorious thing to have 'discovered' this great Christian lady's songs after all these years. Way back in the mid 70s while in college her songs were a major source of inspiration for us growing up in a vibrant Christian community in Africa. I wish I can find a store where I can buy these songs for my family and for my friends. Oh these are blessed songs. What great anointing and inspiration they still release today after all these years. I'll go ahead to subscribe to Wesley Henry.
