It's actually really interesting because Gui Gui seems really childish and immature when she's talking to Taecyeon due to her limited English. But if you listen to her speak Chinese, her word choice is really mature and he voice is also deeper.

Taecyeon was born in Seoul, but his family immigrated to the states when he was very young. He can speak fluent English, korean and I’m pretty sure Japanese.

i personally feel like taec is smth he takes a long time to open up but i don't see them as siblings, i think some people may have that impression because of the language barrier -- he would have to explain more and be more attentive, so in a way it may infanticise her and their relationship. I wish she could express herself fluently like in chinese!! she sounds sooo much more mature and eloquent in chinese T^T and i think that would improve their relationship haha

But, this show ended in 2017 already(started in 2008). You can watch it tho, Yt or dramacool or idk hshshs. There are a lot of celebrities that was paired of in this show. Each couples have 18-30+ episodes till they end the fake marriage

i laugh out loud at the face spray part! xD it was way too hilarious. i know a lot of people don't like this type of girls, like way too kiddy, naive or even silly most of the times. But one of my best friends is like this and i can tell u they are actually really innocent and not pretending to be cute. She also has one of the biggest hearts. But i can see why they can be annoying because a lot of time they are klutzy and doesn't think much. Gui Gui seems like that as well but i just feel she is genuinely nice. :)

Ikr , I myself being a girl (sorry if I sound mean , but I love Gui Gui too) didn't like how she was kinda really immature at times ... Like spraying it straight on his face , pulling him out in snow(ik for some it might be just a lovey dovey kinda action but ..) , throwing her cold hands on Taec's neck , pulling him down from behind while walking , asking him to do a high five with large cold snow in her hands ... All of that looked a bit too immature to me ... I mean if it was me , I'd definitely not be able to open up and meddle with her so well like taec did and most of the time I would've come out as rude or ignorant bcoz I wouldn't like to interact too much (well this is purely due to my nature , I don't mean to insult her , just like taec said , yeah she might be still a child at heart) It was really mature of taec to Handle all these situations so calmly , with a smile on his face and not getting angry or giving a plain face

I honestly don't know anything about him other than his name and group name. I found out about him when I watched family outing with Yoona and him and wanted to see what else he did. Cheyenne Kemp Yes Nichkhun grew up in California and was scouted by a JYP talent agent there, Taecyeon grew up in Massachusetts and was discovered at a JYP audition in New York. Jay Park (former member of 2pm before he went solo) grew up in Washington.

This is the first couple which actually goes against each other a lot aha like they argue and have differences of opinion I can't wait to see these two blossom and grow 😻

Every epic and rememberable couples in WGM started awkwardly, if everything just worked out perfectly, it will be just a normal and boring dating show. I think Gui Gui is such a brave girl who always trying to communicate in a language she's not familiar with, and it's fun to see Taecyeon's gentleman image broke down and started to show more about his personality :)

Miss them so much. Always come back and watch their video never make me board. Season 2 please! I am going crazy now.

watching this finally made me understand why the staff say taecyeon is more serious and introvert/intellectual guy. I always saw him goofing around in most of the Korean show so i thought he was of the chill type. But his interview is always very analytical. Like when guigui wrote his character name in Chinese, how he respond about her prank on him, and when she show him the photo album. Maybe it's just me but I feel Taec still has his guard up and hasn't been himself yet.

I live in Europe, and I have to say that Taek is very European. He is very cultured and understanding, a very intelligent boy, and according to what he has shown he respects women, which is a big plus for his intelligent and sophisticated behaviour. Emma is super cute and gorgeous. She respects herself and her body.

Hahaha!! It's kinda funny that he looks like he have more difficulties with carrying guigui than Nichkhun!!! Also he always acts childish with the 2PM members but here with her he seems more mature.
